THE WORST CAR INSURANCE.I received a quote for my new vehicle and paid what I was quoted. They changed the original quote and proceeded to overcharge me. No one could explain my billing to me. Transferred me to corporate and they couldnt even tell me why they had charged me $700 over a two month time. I cancelled and switched and asked if I had a remaining balance to pay. I was told no. I had no contact beside 3-4 months later from a debt collector. I was told the notifications where sent electronically and then not. They sent me a Covid reimbursement check to the my correct address, but could not send me a bill stating I owe them. The story switched up from each representative. This insurance is a joke and have never been as dissatisfied.
