I never actually met anyone here but they did everything they could to get me on the road. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. They always keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle.

Eldons did an excellent job replacing the front struts and the cabin blower motor on my Nissan Rogue. They worked with Service Warranty provider and all of it was covered. Awesome job!

I called on a Tuesday for an appointment and they told me theyre booked out about a week. I explained that I had Thursday and Friday off of the current week. They ended up fitting me in on that Thursday to fit my schedule.I really enjoyed the updates on my phone and the pictures of their work. Ive never seen that before.Im happy a friend suggested this place to me, as Im new to town. They just gained a regular customer.

Highly Recommend Eldons Automotive Repair. My fan blower was not blowing except on high and the lights for the air conditioning and heater on the dash were not working come to find out it was just a resistor that was not plugged in so was just a minor repair and I was very happy with my service. Eldons is very professional & friendly. They even brought me home & picked me up at no charge. Super Great Business!!!

I have known Eldon Albers and his wife since the 1970s. He is one of the most honest and experienced people I have ever known. I met Andy, who now owns Eldons, when he went to work for Mr Albers. Andy and his wife Joy have taken the business to the next level. If you want your vehicle and whatever problem it may have fixed completely and correctly, I recommend Eldons.

I took my vehicle for a 4 wheel balancing which was quoted to me at $48. I was charged $140 because they add labor. I was never told that. I was ready for around 50 or 60 Like it should have been based on the price I was told. BUT. The biggest issue I have is it was done wrong. The balancing sheet said they put 10 ounces on each wheel. No car/truck should take that much. He said it was just my tires. Which I’ll admit are softer rubber. But still, brand new. So they slapped on weights and sent me on my way. My vehicle had no shake before and after it was way to bad to even go 45 MPH. The owner said it would be two weeks till they could maybe see it to recheck it. I will say the other owner was way more helpful. She said maybe Tuesday they could help if the tech isn’t gone. But I haven’t heard anything. Since I had to go out of town I had them re balanced. They were WAY off. The weights were not even sticking all the way and they didn’t put any on the inside wheel. Would not recommend based on my experience and lack of trust.

I took my car to Eldons for the first time for an oil change. I had my 6 month old with me. Andy introduced himself before heading out of town. He didnt have to take the time to do that. He did. Thank you Eldons - thank you Andy! Our son attends Hastings College, we live in California. Our sons car was having an intermittent problem starting and was running very rough. It is so difficult being 1,500 miles away and not being able to help your kid and worrying that you are going to be ripped off! Thank God we found Eldons! They were able to diagnose the problem, they helped us get approval for coverage with the warranty company (after Andy made multiple calls to the warranty company explaining the necessary repairs and parts because the original warranty rep said they wouldnt cover the repair to begin with) AND, they let our kid pick his car up before we even paid them for our part of the repair! Thats how we knew they werent in CA! They were patient with worried parents, went out of the way with customer service and they were trustworthy. Eldons and Andy were THE BEST! and Josh was nice too! If you have a child who attends Hastings College and needs auto repair work GO TO ELDONS! Thanks again Andy and Eldons - it almost makes us want to need another auto repair!

I came in and got an estimate on my 2003 blazer they wanted to charge me $2,400 to fix the front end the ball joints shocks an alignment. I called another shop gave them their Diagnostics that they gave me and got a quote on the spot for less than 1/2 Im severely disappointed and feel like they were trying to juice me out of my money

I have taken my cars several times to Eldons and they are all very friendly and they do great work!! Never been disappointed. So if you need good work, great price and friendly service give them a call!!

Not only works on our vehicles but when my sons high school team was racing at MPH they had a break down and with one call to Andy he had one of his guys at the shop on his day off and gladly offered the boys the tools and help they needed to get back out on the track!

I was back to Hastings, we now live in Iowa. I was leaving town in the late afternoon and my van wasnt working properly.
