I love this gym so much! They just reopened on Sept 1, and after a few weeks of outdoor classes with some of my fav instructors, I rushed back! I honestly felt safer than ever here (and I am very concerned about covid), as they are cleaning after every 90 minute session, everyone wore masks, plenty of things to use to sanitize, and there were the right amount of people there. I love supporting local, but I believe everyone should go to Quest! Not to mention, theyre SO friendly and helpful!

I wanted to write a Covid Crisis review. I joined last year and always found the staff from the front desk, instructors and management to be friendly and accommodating. This gym does feel family-owned and I enjoy coming here as a result. We have to sign up to limit the number of people and the machines, areas, etc. were clearly marked and roped off to maintain social distancing. I felt safe and secure, but more importantly, I felt welcomed back.

Very clean gym. Plenty of equipment for a good workout. Has machines I haven’t seen in other gyms. Nice and quiet never have to wait for a machine. Squat room is great.

Great gym, lots of variety and space, clean locker rooms and bathrooms. Members generally keep to themselves. They offer personal trainers, classes, have a protein bar. John is my personal trainer he really helps motivate me to get results.

We pay a service charge fee to maintain equipment every year and every time my husband and I go in to work out there are multiple treadmills that are broken. This is also an existing issue. I have mentioned it to the staff multiple times and the issue has still not been fixed and is extremely frustrating. We and our family will no longer be apart of this gym.

Smaller gym that is perfect for me. I enjoy the atmosphere way more than a larger gym. Has a membership option without commitment. Reggie one of the managers is so helpful and personable. I train with Rico and he is one of the nicest and knowledgeable trainers there. I recommend him for training 100% Im sure all the other trainers are great as well, I havent worked out with them but have spoken to most all of them and they are just as nice and helpful.

I have been a member to the gym for the past few years. I truly truly love it. Bathrooms are clean, and they have everything I need. I love the turf area where I do mainly functional exercises with kettle bells, battle ropes, the tire, and sled. I love the monthly price for everything you are given, I highly recommend d it.

Everything is all fine until you want to cancel. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR MONTHS AFTER YOU QUIT THEIR GYM. Like the many others before me, i had a contract that was FUFILLED and they continue to charge me. Best part is every front desk/manager will give you a different story because no one has a clue what is going on. Not to mention they beef up their ratings online by offering store credit for leaving 5 star reviews. SCAM! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have been a member of Quest for four years. I will sign up for my fifth year in January. I like everything about working out there. The staff is very nice, always friendly. The trainers are always ready to help; from answering questions about machines, to one-on-one training sessions. There are also alot of friendly regulars you get to meet and workout with. It is also kept very clean; in the gym,in the lockers, and in the steam room. Bottom line; for $19.95 a month, it is a great place.KR

When I first started here I really enjoyed Quest, over the years however they have continually removed features and the value is not there anymore. Additionally after relocating due to a new job they would not accept my drivers license as a valid address and have continued to charge me. Just today I have been notified that they will be renewing my membership unless I come in (keep in mind that I have moved) and cancel my membership in person. Ive already had to pay around 6 months in membership fees for months that Ive been relocated and it seems like theres nothing I can do. Its a shame that a place I once loved has become a sham and a scam.

Its a good basic gym. 20/mo is not bad. They have enough equipment to get you through a good workout, just avoid the peak hours. One gripe from me was a hidden 70 dollar fee that they charged for some equipment maintenance fee or something. Staff is nice enough.

I went to this gym while visiting the area. I signed up for their free 3 day pass. The gym is really great. It was never over crowded (I went around 7-730 am) and they have everything you are looking for. The cardio machines are all working and the have a wide variety. The free weight room was well kept with the weights being re-racked. They also have a wide variety of machines for those who want to do circuit training. I was very pleased with my experience there. After looking at the rates, I would 100% get a membership if I was permanently in the area. It was all the luxuries of a fancier gym without the costs. Staff is friendly and polite as well.

Well, I signed myself and my son up for the 2 for 1 membership. During the sign up process he never mentioned after a year, they would give us separate accounts, and charge us separately. So, I receive a bill saying my 16 year old son owes 142 dollars and hes is in collections. Theyve been charging my account monthly, Im up to date on my membership, why didnt they automatically charge my card for my sons account or send him notice of the due bill. I called him and spoke to the owner and he says just pay it, cant help you. So I canceled my membership. Be careful, the value money over customers. Good luck.

Best gym you can find! Great equipments, great people, and its not even crowded like 24 Hour Fitness. I have been here for 2 years now and there is no complaints at all.

Its really great. The machines are awesome theres a lot of space and just overall looks awesome. I just wish it was open longer on the weekends.

I’ve been to every gym in the area. I was going to another gym that I was paying $65 a month. Loved it but way too expensive for me. I found Quest thru a personal trainer that used to work there. Then I found it thru driving by. I went to check out this gym before the renovations and this gym is the nicest gym in the area. Great membership prices. Nate the trainer is by far the nicest person I ever met. Quest does not get busy and is always clean. They have the turf zone so I can get HIIT workouts in and they have a tire that I could finally use. This is a top gym. You can’t get any better than this place. I highly recommend it!

Quest is a tremendous place 5am to 11pm . They just redid the whole gym. A must see for 19.99 a month. If you like basketball or swimming they dont have it. Mainly professional people. I highly reccommend it for the price😀

Good amount of benches and decent amount of machines. Dumbbells are beyond broken and always misorganized....Need more bicep oriented machines-I think there is only 1 useful one, how about bicep preacher(?)..

Lots of equipment not too many people except during gym rush hour. all gyms could improve in one area or another but. they have hella good treadmills, not enough room really to set up squats despite them having a leg/squat room. it’s just a scooch too tight for setting it up but whatever. they have classes for yoga, zumba, and cardio, spin classes etc, the trainers and staff are very nice :)would recommend only i don’t want too many people flocking to my gym so weigh ur options everyone 👀

Same as other reviewers, a very nice gym for the price, I especially liked the boxing area. The problem arises when trying to cancel. If you dont go in person to sign a form, they wont cancel / stop taking dues. In the 21st century, is that really necessary?

I just joined quest with my brother its beyond the best gym I have ever been to friendly staff welcoming friendly environment this is how all gyms should be I would definitely recommend this gym to my friends

I have been going to this club for years and its always been very clean and the staff are always very friendly. Recently the club added a great deal of new services. It now has a 2,500 square foot professional grade turf zone with a TRX system, battle ropes, kettle bells and more. A new Olympic platform with bumper plates has also been added The club has very professional trainers and the locker rooms are far better than any other in the neighborhood. Towel service , marble tiles private and clean showers with a steam room. And always CLEAN. Parking is not a problem here and at this price you absolutely cannot go wrong.Oh and there are new dumbells!

I went to go cancel last month after being inactive at quest for so long because I had an injury and was rehabbing, and then they hit me this month with an $84 charge after on the paper I signed there was a big X in the spot where it showed how much I still owed (signifying that I owed nothing according to Amanda working the desk that day). I tried calling and talking to the manager, who claims nobody was above him only the boss and of course he had to add in there that he was the top manager of the gym, but he was no help at all and told me there was absolutely nothing he could do. I don’t understand. If I still owed money, wouldn’t they put that I still owed $84 on that piece of paper? Amanda was very clear when I asked her specifically if I was going to get charged for anything anymore and she said no. Incompetent and rude people working. Don’t go here. Pay $20 more a month and go enjoy a gym that has more space, a pool, more variety in classes and that has better people/more reputable trainers working there. This gym was a waste of time for the little time I was able to attend.

People at the front desk are rude, the customer service is really bad. every 3 months they raise the price by a dollar or so, they say its maintenance fee and yet the bathroom are dirty and most of the machines dont work. plus they dont provide you with towels, you have to pay an extra $10 a month to get towel service.

I like the staff always have.I have been a member seven years.This month i was told the towels you must get them before your work out ok i thought. Then today i am told i cant put my keys at front desk? Well seven years i have always put my keys at desk. Well i will go to gnc tonight an stop buying the gyms sports drinks. As the gym gets rid off convienances i adjust myself. I think the gym is getting really petty and in return the gym loses about 144 dollars a month. I am sorry the manegment is going against what served them well for seven years. There use to be a suggestion box for ideas where did that go? Well if you add it up they lose not me i feel no need to argue i save mony. Seven year member

Worst gym I went 4 times and the gym was closed. They close very early so gold gym is much better dont get tricked.

A good Gym for 20$ a month.

Needs a bicep preacher curl machine. Also needs all new Dumbbells, because all the ones there are now currently falling apart.
