Remove rust quickly spray on let it set wash it off been using it for years

My experience with wash safe industries was that their customer service was very poor. I ordered about $2000 worth of merchandise but never received a receipt or an invoice stating what I ordered. When I called them they told me sorry but we cant get it for you. I dont even think everything I ordered was delivered. I will not be ordering any items from this company again.

Awesome product and safe! I’ll Never use bleach again

Purchased cedar wash which as far as I can tell isnt better than any other percarbonate on the market. My issue isnt with the product. For starters I paid for next day shipping. I live an hour and a half away and could have gone out of my way to pick up the product myself but I run a business and time is money, so I spent the additional $50. I guess they thought that they didnt have to pay Fedex to ship it next day because they sent it 2-3 day, I guess to make a few extra dollars on my shipping costs. The product came in on 4 days late on a Monday. Almost lost the job. Company refunded my shipping which was appropriate since they didnt give me what I paid for. After using the product one of my guys didnt rinse a composite deck off properly and the product was allowed to dry. It left what appeared to be a residue on the deck that didnt come off with a pressure washing or an application of a different cleaning product. I called Wash Safe a week later and was asked to send pictures. I sent pictures and the recipients email that I was supposed to send it to had an inbox that was full. I called back up and got another email address for someone else in the company. Sent it to them and they confirmed that the email was received and forwarded to the appropriate recipient. No answer the next day so I called back up and was told that he didnt get a chance to review the pictures. Next day still no answer so I called up and spoke with someone else who told me that both of the people that were supposed to have the email did and still didnt review the pictures. He was actually somewhat helpful but still didnt have a definitive answer to my problem, just suggested that I use a consumer grade product to try to clean it. I dont expect miracles from cleaning products but I do expect customer service from the companies that sell them. So far Wash Safe has done nothing but cost me time and money.
