Just wanted to say thanks to three mangers who made team work happen. I had an issue with my battery it started with Amber @ the Gen. Meyers store, then to Sun @ the Westbank Expressway store, ending with Eric on Manhattan. I finally got the battery installed by Eric ,they all took the time to hear me an resolve my problem and Im so grateful & at no cost to me thats customer service I can appreciate.. Thanks again

Stopped by the manhattan location in harvey louisiana a young lady named ashley assisted me. She was so nice and helpful. The book by the wiper blades didnt have my car listed in it so i didnt know what to by and i had no clue one was bigget than the other. So i guess she also educated me on something that day to. I ended up getting those and some stuff to clean my car with

The service at the Manhattan location is hit and miss. Some are helpful and resourceful. On the other hand a few new hires are immature and have a rude attitude and not helpful at all. The should not be working customer service. One new hire could use a service on her personality. Go to the Gretna location. Much more customer friendly and helpful.

Great prices and veterans discount

Above and beyond. Was sent to this Autozone on Manhattan Blvd. Harvey, LA from another one to potentially replace a bad battery under warranty; however someone at this Autozone double checked and showed the battery was actually good. They then went above and beyond to clean off the corrosion on and around the battery, checked the starter and then tighten the alternator connection - which seemed most likely why the car hadnt started before. So help!

Great customer service. He helped me to remove and install my tailgate lamps bombillas. I learned a new task today.

Never anyone at the front register

As I reflect on my day Friday November 13,2020... I thought about one moment of my day because it meant so much to me. Went to AutoZone in Harvey/Manhattan.. Needed a break light...Had no clue on how to install it.. Now keep in mind that I always liked the marrero store better because the employees were nicer.. However, because of a kind and very pleasant person at the Harvey Autozone named Antoinnette.. I will continue to go to this autozone especially because I live in Harvey.. Antoinette you really made my day!! You rock sweetheart!! Keep being who you are.. A blessing to me and I’m sure to many other customers.. Like I said.. the best customer service I have ever received at this Harvey autozone..

Im not sure how the pre order works on line but I was not pleased with the service I received. A friend ordered a part for me on line an when I went to pick it up I was told I couldnt get it because I had to have the card present that the purchase was made with even though I had the conformation email etc.

Eric is an exemplary manager his work ethics are the best! If you need something for your car come to this store for great customer service.

When I tell you I come to this AutoZone regardless of what area in New Orleans or surrounding areas Im in I mean I come to this store out of all the AutoZones, simply because this place has great great great customer service they do not mind helping you giving you accurate information or advice if you are a rookie or a veteran! I mean even when its just one manager or both managers the teamwork that they have is great when one person go outside to help you the other person doesnt hold them back like I experienced in some other stores so is anyone reads this from corporate please give recognition to the store manager and one of the assistant managers they work like theyre both helpful regular store Clerks, meaning they both go out the way to help you without letting their title get in the way! I have a big big fan of customer service and if you are reading this and if youre looking for AutoZone or do spinach fan of other auto parts stores give them a try they have great knowledge. Dont take my word for it stop by and see for yourself!

Auto Zone was a wonderful experience for a single woman that needed help. My car battery was weak. The Associate put the machine on it and advised that my battery was not good. They put in my vehicle info, recommended the right battery and installed it for me!

This store needs employees that have knowledge on vehicles, and how to get people checked out and out the door. The ratchetness that is auto zone on Manhattan is so frustrating, I’ll drive further and go to orileys.

I would give this store ZERO STARS if that were an option. The staff acted as if they could care less about their customers. I stood at the counter in plain sight today waiting for one of the employees to at least acknowledge I was there. The employee looked at me and then went right back to stocking her shelf. Another employee was at the back of the front parts counter just chit chatting with someone on his cell phone. (did not seem store related at all.) Finally, another female employee came in from outside and totally ignored us as well. The one Bright Star of this store if there is one.. was an elderly gentleman who was busy at his counter on a phone call attempting to help the customer locate a part. Finally, after 12 minutes of 3 different (non busy) employees ignored us. WE left and went to OReillys on Lapalco and received EXCELLENT SERVICE. I should also add that the three customers in front of us DID EXACTLY THE SAME and were at OReillys receiving EXCELLENT service when I arrived there.....FORGET trying to be waited on here at this Store.... It is a WASTE of your TIME!!!!!!!!!

December 6 2017 it was raining an the temperature was 45 degrees outside around 4:30pm.my husband and I needed to get home in after work traffic. To our dismay, we noticed that the head light of the drivers sideWent out. We went to the nearest auto zone near us, located in 91 Westbank Expy Ste 100, Gretna, LA 70053, in the hopes that we would receive the same excellent service we are use to getting from where we live. The employee whom we had the misfortune to deal with , informs us that auto zone does not change head lights during the rain. So we decided to go to the auto zone on Manhattan, Harvey. What a huge difference. The policy says that some types of vehicles they will not change. In a few minutes Michael BeecherFrom store located on Manhattan, Harvey LAUnder the rain an only a lite sweater swapped out the bulb. An we were on our way home.Thank you for preforming your customer service skills with excellence, an in turn we were able to make it home safely. Autozone management corporate pay close attention to your personal and how they perform their job .Word of mouth is the worst advertisement.

They act like they dont see you in this store . I was getting help from the only friendly person in there a lady . And we didnt know if a hose clip fit my car . So one of the other workers walked by so I asked them and he walked away. I think he may be a manager so the rest act like him .
