My first time visiting this location. I was able to do what I wanted to, which was to have a personal interaction with the Z fold 3. The associates were very accommodating and patient because I kind of butted in on a sale.

Went into the att store to have my SIM card removed. The rep asked if I had 5g service which I didn’t. Upgraded my service as I was advised my billing would be $130. Upon getting an email to verify my recent upgrade,to my surprise the amt was $211.not 130. The rep was not interested in explaining that here were additional requirements which I had ask. These reps are only interested in getting a sale and lying too the customers. Which puts a bad taste in the customers month. And gives att a bad repetition.

No 1 in the store knew what they were doing. I told the guy my chip didnt work, & unlike other AT&T stores that knew how to handle it, he did things that alerted my bank to send a fraud protection text & lock up my debit card. There were 2 other problems going on in the store, but that has nothing to do with me. I will never go back to that store. I will only go to the 1 that knows how to operate properly. Not that AT&T cares......

Hope, the associate who assisted my fatherhood I & have I, was very knowledgeable, patient & kind. My father can be somewhat difficult for many to work with since his surgery for brain cancer. Hope, however, was very easygoing, didnt rush him, didnt mind repeating herself or explaining things to him. Bottom line, she has excellent people skills and is great person! I thank her for an excellent experience transferring service! My father is an AT&T retiree of 47 yrs & I joined his package. I look forward to the AT&T experience!

Upon a phone upgrade on two lines on my account, the sales person added a 5th line connected to nothing. Now I have invested about 20hrs between going back into the store and with ATT 800 line to try and have it removed. Only now I am being told I have to pay for it. Pay for a phone line I did not ask for! Oh but they sorry this happened. SCAMMING for Christmas to make sales quotas I guess. The time wasted is ridiculous. If only they were trained better. Customer since 1990 and this is the loyalty treatment!

I went into the AT&T Store located at 1831 Manhattan Blvd on September 12th and September 13th 2020. On the 12th my salesperson was a young man name Cy. He was very very patient with me. I have a tendency of being indecisive. I know I was driving him crazy but he constantly told me I was good and he was too. After going through the different phones, I purchased the iPhone 11. Cy went through the features of the phone as well. He showed remarkable professionalism. All I can say is AWESOME. On the 13th, my salesperson was a young lady name Christi. She too was just as AWESOME as Cy. I went back to check on accessories that Cy did tell me aboutbut of course I didn’t get any. I spoke with Christi about getting a 64G as oppose to the 128G. I don’t use the phone as much and wouldn’t need the 128G. Christi was very knowledgeable about all the products and showed patience as well with me, Ms. Indecisive. Her manager, Precious, was a sweetheart as well. These two ladies went through everything with me dealing with the upgrade process , the Firstnet Program, and my bill. I felt at home and very comfortable with Cy, Christi and Precious. They were truly a blessing to me. Kudos to them.

After many 1/2- 1 hour frustrating phone conversations with ATT customer service, i decided to go into the Manhattan store to see if someone could help me get my money off of a closed account that customer service had messed up. When i walked in I was greeted by a worker and she told me it would be a little wait, but I was willing to wait to get my problem fixed. After about 15 minutes a young man named Jose Siguenza came out and asked me how could he help. I explained to him what had happen and the numerous phone calls I had made to customer service and the issue never got resolved and I needed someone to find out what could be done. He did some research and found out what was going on and apologized that he had to contact the back office of customer service. Long story short, after 40 minutes on the phone with them, an incident was opened and should be completed in 48 hours. Jose, was very courteous, professional and apologized for all the inconvenience I had gone through with customer service. He is amazing customer service/sales person as I also had asked questions about another product and he knew the answers. He provided me great customer service and a great asset to ATT. Great job Jose!!! Thanks again for your help.

My husband and I already have our cable and internet through AT&T and went in to switch from Sprint. We were greeted immediately and told someone would be with us soon. We werent even waiting five minutes when Nida came to help us. She was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with us and clearly explained our options. We were pleased with the plan and prices we were offered, which included insurance that we didnt currently have through Sprint. We were there after closing, it was taking too long to switch my photos over, so I went in the next day to complete this and was greeted with the same phenomenal customer service. Every single employee I made eye contact with said hello and asked if I was being helped. I was not only impressed by the customer service, but also by the communication and interaction between employees. Great customer service and people who genuinely seem to enjoy their job is a rare thing and we are excited to join AT&T wireless!

I had an outstanding experience at this store! Because Verizon’s service has been subpar, to include their supposedly top-notch service via their “Tech Coach” app, I sought switching to AT&T. Although Verizon boasts the best coverage (which is untrue in New Orleans), their in-store customer service is HORRIBLE. This particular AT&T store has a great vibe when you walk in. Every single person working there has a positive attitude and, to me, appears to enjoy working there and with each other. Their satisfaction with their jobs proved to transcend to their customers.I walked into the store to inquire about switching from Verizon to AT&T. Wesley greeted me so I asked him about their service plans and the process to switch. He was not only very friendly and professional, but extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything I asked and also told me about the FirstNet program I was eligible for. I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro, and then left the store to await its arrival. He handed me his card to call him before I head there and he’ll look out for me.My phone arrived and when I was ready to set it up, I called Wesley. I was running late because Hurricane Zeta caused the power to be knocked out in the city, including traffic lights, but the store was running on a generator! :-) He waited for me and took his time setting me up. I am now an AT&T customer and happy I made the switch! I asked for more business cards to hand to my colleagues.Bottom line is the reason I returned to the store was because of Wesley. His professionalism and high level of competence built my trust to make the switch. The fact that he patiently waited for me while I was stuck in traffic absolutely sealed the deal. I left the store with a better signal and faster performance in my phone AND saved money on my bill.I highly recommend this store. I highly recommend sticking with or switching to AT&T. I highly recommend working with Wesley! I actually noticed ALL of Wesley’s colleagues being super friendly and also spent quality time with their customers; therefore, expect great customer service no matter who you encounter at this store. 5 Stars, and then some.

I got an Samsung A11 and it didnt work, wouldnt receive incoming calls. The phone is still under warranty. AT&T Chooses not to give me another phone. After I talked to their agent. So beware of AT&T and their warranty program....

This review has nothing to do with this store and everything to do with AT&T as a service provider in my neighborhood which is minutes away from this store. AT&T is ridiculously unreliable in my neighborhood. Constantly having dropped calls and cant send text messages etc. Their solution was to connect to WiFi. Which usually wont be a problem, but I have AT&T Wi-Fi, they only offer 25 mbps in my area. While everyone is up to date on fiber and fast internet we are stuck in the stone age. AT&T has disappointed my family and many others in the area. Its a shame to say that I might just have to switch providers if they continue to go down this horrible path. I refuse to fight someone to take my money. Like I said before its a shame because the store is great. The service is beyond mediocre.

Great experience. If u need help go see James. I came in to upgrade my phone but wanted up upgrading and lowering my bill after he looked at my account and notice u was eligible for a few discount that were being offered. Changing plans and adding the discounts took a while but James and Precious kept things funny and entertaining. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Timothy Bryant. This is the guy you want to help you out. He was great. We went in for 1 specific thing, we left with multiple issues resolved and managed to save money about 4 different ways since we have multiple accounts for different services and multiple lines. We were going to come back to see him initially, but he managed to figure out a way to get us what we needed TODAY and called us back immediately and we turned right back around.Not only was he corteous, but he was also knowledgeable about his products, and he did whatever he needed to answer all of our questions. If you need help with anything AT&T related, this is your guy.OR if youre looking to switch from another service provider, this IS your guy.

My husband and I recently purchased new phones that were delivered to our home address. The first time we went to this AT&T store (it is the closest location) to have our phones formatted and data transferred,, we experienced bad customer service. The rep treated us like we had the plague. Not surprisingly, recurring issues with the phones prompted us to have to go back to the store today. This time, we were fortunate enough to have Christy Gordon as our support tech. In less than 30 minutes, she resolved our issues and provided helpful information. She was excellent and delivered top-notch customer service. Thanks Christy!

I have to acknowledge two Sales Consultants at the AT&T STORE located at 1831 Manhattan Blvd, Precious and Nida. These ladies went over and above with an ACT OF KINDNESS on Thursday, May 14, 2020. A package was delivered to your store by mistake, and Precious contacted me to inform me that they had it. (I was told that Nida found the package) My package was taken to the UPS STORE, where it should have been delivered. Im just so grateful that these 2 employees took the time to contact me to let me know. Their thoughtfulness and time was greatly appreciated. When I intitially went to AT&T to switch providers from boost to AT&T and get the new iPhone 12.Lady said I would get $350 for trade in on my iPhone 6s. When I went other day to trade it in the only gave me $20 for it. If I wouldve known that from the beginning I would have never switched over to pay almost full price on it.

Ravinne is what I call a person that goes far and beyond the call of duty. I went there because my mom’s phone was not working properly. Not only did she solve the problem, she also gave me the solution on how to fix it if it happens again. After talking with her for a while I started asking questions about a new phone for my husband ( which I ended up buying) and a good protected case for it ( which I bought also). When I left there I was VERY pleased with the service she provided. Hats off to the Employees that works at that location. They got everyone in and out very quickly.

My experience here was not a good one. I have been in three times now and waited for at least two to three hours each time. The customer service this last time was horrible. A little kindness goes a long way and whatever was so funny on your phone is not as important as the customer you are supposed to be helping.

I signed a contract with these people for one price yet here they are charging me double what I was told my ongoing bill would be, they put an extra phone on my service which I do not have. We were longtime Cox customers, and after they continued to increase our bill, we decided to look into switching to AT&T U-Verse. I went into the Manhattan Store and Jenny helped us. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for Jenny. She helped walk us through the process and suggested the best package for us, which was comparable to what we were getting with Cox. She set us up, and even texted me when we were expecting our technician. We paid extra for the HBO shows, and they weren’t coming through. I texted her and she immediately had it added to our box. Great customer service! Can’t thank her enough! She really cares about her customers and making sure we are happy with their service and product.

I still have an ongoing issue with AT&T and their insurance partner Asurion, however, after 10+ phone calls I went into a store in hopes that a human would actually care enough to actually help me....I was lucky enough to get Jose and Yunelly who went above and beyond. We werent actually able to get my issue resolved because its beyond the scope of anything the corporate store could fix but I was so impressed by their dedication and empathy that I will ultimately stay an AT&T customer. Hopefully they put my on a path to get my issue resolved finally with the fraud department and Asurion CEO office. THANK YOU AGAIN! I will always use this store for my AT&T needs.

I bought a new IPhone 11 this week on Dec 16 I was given superior service by an Employee named Nida she knew all the answers I needed for all my questions she set up my phone completely and offered to help me at anytime I needed to come by there .. she should bd recognized as an outstanding Employee by AT&T.. all the staff were friendly as well great service Nida you represented your company well

I contacted Sales Consultant Ravinne Washington about a month or so ago because my wifes phone was on its last leg and to get information about AT&Ts program for First Responders.In the meantime, I spoke with Consultants from other providers about their service plans, pricing, equipment and plans for First Responders, but they either didnt return calls or didnt have a plan that my wife and I felt comfortable with.In the end, the other providers didnt have the experience, service plans, prices for equipment or established track record that AT&T has and I called Ravinne to make the switch from the provider that we had been with since 1988.Ravinne is professional, courteous, patient and knowledgable about the equipment and services available for anyone needing wireless and/or home and business communications.She took the time to explain each plan (I needed a specific plan for First Responders and my didnt), the individual contracts, costs associated with each, the procedures for transferring information from the old devices to the new and answered any questions that we had.The following day, after transferring information, etc from my old device, I discovered that I had two Contacts icons and one contained four different lists of my contacts in different forms.I left a call for help, and Ravinne responded on the next business day.SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! Ya cant beat dat!
