Im not sure who my agent was but she was very quick, knowledgeable, and very assertive. I had an issue where I had to leave in the middle of my paperwork and come back but when I came back she was trying to eat her lunch. She pushed her food to the side washed up and told me to come back by her desk so we could finish my taxes. I tried to assure her we could finish after she ate but she insisted we finish up. Even though I felt bad I was still in a hurry and very appreciative she did that. So thank you so much, keep up the wonderful customer service, and I hope your days are blessed and full of positive experiences.
