If I could give - stars I would! Staff is rude, they don’t care if men or women pay their child support, it’s seems to be the custodial parents problem and they get annoyed when you interrupt their peaceful day with your children’s needs. Jefferson parish child support division is a J-O-K-E!

Didnt go to the office. The Phone service was surprisingly great.

They handle their business when it came to my ex even down to telling his girlfriend she couldnt come in with us only the parties whom share kids. 😂👋

A total joke! My childrens sperm donor owes more than $58,000 and still a free man. The 2x he did go to jail, he was released after 48 hrs due to overcrowding... And its a non-violent charge. He knows hell get out in a day or 2 so why bother paying. Ive raised MY 3 kids by myself financially... We struggled but we made it. Very proud of them. All 3 have graduated and 2 are in the military and the other is a daycare teacher... All with no help or him in their lives.He finds money for drugs n alcohol but not child support. Hell always owe the money n still doesnt amount to anythingThanks Child Support Enforcement great job at no help

Very happy with all parties involved . Iv had to deal with the juvenile courts for 15 years. Always been helpful . Iv worked with FINS very nice people.Very understanding of my situation. I was homeless with my three kids .. And I have mental illness , I have 2 child support cases open, one I receive money for and the other still looking for dad . ... Good luck to you all . Dont be afraid to ask your case worker about your case if you dont understand they will work with you. You have to go the extra mile .They see us everyday so were not important as individuals to them were a case number . WE HAVE TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR OUR CASE .....

Absolutely horrible and unfriendly employees. I had to go to the Lafayette office to actually get someone that would help me with exactly what I needed. They seriously need to hire new employees that have class and customer service skills.

The judge there is HORRIBLE she doesnt care if the parent paying child support has other children to take care of her words they dont matter. When a dad is doing for his child for years gets put on child support for moving on YEARS AGO have other children and only behind $900.00 but gets contempt of court But yet there are people behind Thousands and they never get bother. This place have there picks and chooses who they mess with. The case workers and judges have friends and family as clients who they work with. Which is a conflict of interested.

My daughters case worker is on it. Son case worker not so much.

They are very unfair.....I am a cab driver I bring proof of income in and they go according to a survey to increase my monthly payments...its hard I make my payments but the system could try being more fair to low income people like me

I hope Child Support Enforcement lows crock down on dad beets that dont pay there child support

What is the purpose of having someone to answer the phone when the only thing they do is put you on hold and too lazy to give you any information.

They are no help at all. Theyre stuck up and rude as hell. Very mean people.
