These are great people who try their best to treat customers right and know pretty much everything about pressure washers. Of course Im prejudiced because I own the place.

Had a predator engine on our system, they would not work on it. We then had them order a new honda engine, {predator engine being $700 and honda at $1920} so they would work on the engine and system both. Well they ordered the wrong shaft size, so they replaced the pump also. charged us 7.5 hr for the engine to be installed. The existing engine was removed before we took it to them, and the first thing they told me was that they had three guys trying to take the old engine out was the big part of the cost.... then when i corrected them they found other excuses to why the 7.5 hr was needed. Personally i believe they are trying to recoup the cost of the pump they had to replace from there mess up. If they had another place that worked on jet machines i would advise trying them out. The harvey location is not very honest.

Unbelievable knowledge of years in the business..great pricing...and you deal with real people that take the time to answer questions. Amazing inventory..no need for big box or others that claim to be suppliers.
