I like visiting this Petsmart, because the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean and well stocked. It is so heart warming to meet all the precious pets we encounter as we shop. The pets are happy to meet you and their owners are super friendly and happy to tell you a little bit about their pet. Just yesterday as I entered this store I saw the cutest little puppy that looked exactly like a teddy bear. She was turning 7 years old this week and she was absolutely adorable. I highly recommend this particular Petsmart.

Honestly, considering how busy the area is and the little amount of time I spend in there, Ive had a pretty good experience. The staff seems to be really easy theyve helped me with rewards, store assistance, and returns with little to no problems. There are a good bit of animals and animal products. I believe there is a pet adoption service Louisiana SPCA that comes to the store regularly. And their prices are lower than other chain pet stores. I feel as if the store could be maintained a little better though. Organization is fine, but cleanliness/upkeep could be monitored a little better. My honest review! Thanks!

The store was really clean and the animals seemed well taken care of but there was this worker/manager named Patrick that made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I would not recommend going in their if you’re a girl because he gives off string creep vibes. Stay safe yall and avoid this store at ALL COSTS. I won’t return until that weirdo gets fired. I’ve already made a complaint to corporate.

If I can give no star I will, They don’t care about animals, a lot of fish dead and a turtle dead they don’t check the animal before open the store!?

I love all of the associates Im practically on first-name basis with most I think my biggest complaint with PetSmart is the bags that we have to use to carry out our merchandise. We have to ask for double bag so I dont know what you people think youre saving money. Animal things are heavy if you dont double bag them they bucked when you taking them out of the car why dont yall get a thicker bag for the heavy items that you carry in an Animal Facility thank you I surely hope I see a Improvement these things are like onion paper theyre so thin!

Purchased a 55 gallon tank from here on sale for $70 off the original price. Very happy with my purchase. I only wish there were more backgrounds to choose from. Great place for all your pets needs and the staff were helpful.

Always have what you need and very clean store. But almost everytime I visit there is only 1 register open. Which is not good when Im in a rush. Other than that no problems

First there always seems to be a really long line at checkout. Sometimes the item you want there is in stock other times it’s not there which can be frustrating. Like all stores similar it’s pretty overpriced.

Really sad place.Went looking for fish and they had almost nothing! That I suppose could be blamed on COVID..... However, the dirty tanks and very bad snail infestation cannot, thats just poor care!My advice, dont buy fish from them.... assuming they get some in.

It is a nice big store. The employees are also very nice and help when they can. One of the only stores where I can trust pretty much all the employees to know where everything is. The trainer is also very excellent and they good staff at the vet. Cant say anything about the groomers cause I havent used them during covid.

Yesterday, I came in with (Dog A) to have her nails clipped and bathe. I was told Dog A needed her paperwork for vaccinations updated so I brought paperwork for Dog A and Dog B. Although, I physically did not bring Dog B with me. The receptionist stated that I needed to create a profile for Dog B even though he has already been there before.I asked if she could create profile and update records in system for Dog B, she obliged. Meanwhile, dog As appointment was for 3pm I brought her in at 245pm and I returned at 6pm as I had an appointment for later in the evening. Her nails were not clipped as they said they were still working on her. How does it take 3 hours to bath and clip nails on a 40 lb. Dog. I took her home without her nails clipped. The most important thing. Plus, they had a special for $20 they would not honor.Fast forward to today.I brought dog B in for same exact thing as Dog A and the first thing they asked for was said paperwork that I was told was entered into system day prior. Thankful I still had paperwork in vehicle or I wouldve had to go all the way home. I tell them I want the $20 special posted after which they remove sign stating amongst each other in my presence that its an old sign and someone puts up signs without informing them even though they walk past advertisements when they report for work everyday.Personally, I washed Dog B on my own at canine Connection and there are other places I can purchased dog food if this is the service norm.

TOP FIN AQUARIUM!!!!!!! BEWARE! I purchased a 75 gallon TOPFIN aquarium which leaked the first 24 hours! When I returned the employees said people have been bring them back left and right! Stay away from ALL TOPFIN products!

I enjoy going to PetSmart.. they sell really cute pets and have tons of stuff for them at decent prices ... Just went bought me a baby ball python from them recently and I love it

Really prefer here to Petco, as prices are typically lower. Unfortunately, I have a dog that has all kinds of allergies, and doesnt have a reaction to Petcos store brand.

Did a good job with grooming my dog, were timely and it looked good, but I don’t think they actually bathed her because she didn’t smell clean and there was still some dirt on her belly.

No longer a resident in the area, but my furry girl needed freshening up before our flight home. I booked services with the groomers, and I was very pleased. Keri tooked very good care of my girl (forgive the pic as it is several hours later and does no justice for the actual work).Please, please ask for Keri as I definitely will the next time we are visiting. All other employees were amazingly great as well!!!

People are always friendly here. They are also very knowledgeable. I used the Banfield Veterinarian Clinic here and they are also very knowledgeable and recognize me and my pet every time we come in.

The girl in the fish department and register was great. I didnt get her name, but the little blonde girl (no offense intended). There were no reptiles, birds, or other animals though. Covid done wiped them out too i guess.

Over priced. Try Tractor Supply or even PetCo. They are much cheaper.

Every time I go to petssmart the employee are the best. Today I bought a Chameleon after 3 months of research on them. They were nice and made me feel welcome.

I only go to Petsmart to buy feeder mice. The store overall is very clean and items are organised into sections and sub sections... Ex Cat section is on the left side of the store to the back and its sub sections (isles) divided into food, toys, grooming, medicine, etc. The store also has a pet hospital and grooming salon but by appointment only. My only complain is that the feeder mice are kept in an employee only area and I have to wait for an employee to get them for me which could take a few minutes depending on how busy they are. They also seem to be short staffed but that is probably due to covid. As for the feeder mice, my only guess of why they keep it in the back is probably because people were stealing them...... Anyways it is still a great store for all of your pets needs

I went to purchase a stand for my 55 gallon fish tank that cost 184.00 ...As I looked around I found a 36 gallon and stand for 199.00 and its just as good as my 55 gallon if not better.I am very excited about my purchase. The employees was very helpful. I will be back.

I brought my puppy in today and he was pretty matted. I’ve only had him for 3 days after my sister decided that she no longer wanted him. I must say that they did a great job grooming him despite his matted coat. Boss is a happy dog thanks to the sweet groomers at PetSmart.

Love this place always go for my gerbils food, while it is a little pricey i actually got my gerbils from here so thank god I have them now!! The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and told me what I needed to know to take care of my brand new gerbils! The one on the right is mr splinter 1 and the other is mr splinter 2

I took my dog to get bathed and his nails cut. I paid extra for grinding and premium shampoo. Then I was informed that they were unable to cut or grind his nails and within 3 days he stunk. I have taken him elsewhere for a fraction of the cost and had a better overall experience. Will never be coming here again...

Not that I hated it but was disappointed with the service. I have taken my dog to PetSmart for about 1 year. Took it on 12/24/2019 at 8am. All the employees was late. Brought food and my own shampoo for my dog. Not sure if the fed him or not but do know that he was starving when I got him home. Clearly circled the number to call when he was ready. I never got a call had to call them at about 5:30pm. Do the math. 9 and a half hours. RIDICULOUS.
