Spacious plenty of weights to go around, the staff is friendly, members here are friendly. I have met and became friends with many of the members and staff...a great place to get in and out and to carry on with your day. 🙌

Nice gym with great amenities and fun classes. I loved my instructor for kickboxing and my friend has been a member for over a decade. Positive, energetic vibes.

I signed up for a free pass to try out this gym for the first time, call to confirm and when I got there the woman named Leah working the front desk was trying to charge me $15 for a free day trial pass. I showed her their website and what I signed up for and she still attempted to charge me. I called her boss Bill Boada to let him know what was going in and he stated Im in a meeting and I cant override her because Im not there and hung up. Terrible customer service

Before you sign up, CHECK THE REVIEWS! This is one greedy facility. Management is really sending their own members, the reason this place operates, into collections for non payment of the months of April to august. (Biggest shutdown times during covid) not thinking twice about throwing them into one of the worst collection agencies anyone can simply speak to. To make it worse, the account was frozen. And with proof, collections doesn’t care and management at the gym, word for word, sold the account and doesn’t care to speak any further. Funny how their own employees agree this is wrong and state how there are other members dealing with the same thing.All during this time, my unfrozen planet fitness membership did the same. The difference is, planet fitness rectified the issue that same day. Sadly, this is where I will choose to send my money to a corporation opposed to a small business.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! I am the HR at a local retailer and was excited to tell everyone that worked for the company about the sweet promotional deal that one of recruiters worked out for my team. I loved it. Back in February I requested that my membership be placed on hold due to the unknown circumstances COVID would bring. I called, spoke to a gentlemen that stated no one was in administration but I could leave a meassge and someone would return my call. No call, no communication, shortly afterwards the world closec down and so was the gym. Who is thinking about the gym during a pandemic?? No one! So, I recently got a letter stating that I had not paid for months totaling 300+ dollars. I reached out yo the facility again to try to figure out whats going on and why do I jave a collections account that I had never been communicated to, to pay it. Lindsay took my call and was very nice nasty. She stated that automatic text are sent out with link to pay, I asked her if she could confirm and of course she couldnt because the text never happened, nor did anyone call or send mailed correspondence until I got this collections letter. Mind you, the recruiter called and came to my job nearly everyday until I was bought in, yet during a national crisis where people are losing their livilhoods the gym administrators dont have the decency to let all members know how they will be handling membership fees, returning protocols...nothing just a bill. I would have gladly paid or extended the pause had I been given the autonomy to make an informed decision. I will be disputing the validity of this bogus attempt to collect a debt that could have been resolved with compassion and caring enough about the people that makes your facility run and keeps you all employed but no you guys chose to screw over someone that supported you. I will tell anyone DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME JOINING HERE!

I was a member of this club for over 20 years and it’s always been the premier health club on the Westbank and perhaps one of the best in the metropolitan area.

The most unprofessional gym I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this gym at all. They tried selling me expired protein bars and the gym is really dirty.

The very best gym to have membership! Great workers. Clean facility. Very friendly atmosphere. I miss going, I want to go back!!

Froze my account in march cause of covid hitting and they apparently dont remember talking to me and someone forgot to freeze it. Funniest thing is they charged me from march to august for a memebership i froze but they werent even open because of the pandemic from june on so who went workout for me? now im in collections and a company alco is contacting me and hit my credit. I called the manager today and they said theres nothing they can do cause they sold my file to alco so its not on them anymore. alco told me i must be broke if i cant pay in full and to call back when i get my funds up because i asked if they would settle for less after proving i talked to the gym in march and they were closed during the pandemic.

Please improve on your communications to the public. Need to let people know what services that you are discontinuing and days you will no longer open via email.

I greatly enjoy working out here. There is a great sense of family at this gym. The staff provides great customer service with their positive attitudes.

They have bad they charge me $638 dollar for bc I tried to cancel bc the start close at 8:30pm they was close at 11pm and they don’t want cancel my account it’s really really sad .!!!

They have dirty bathrooms, rusty equipment, and HAVE TRIED SELLING ME EXPIRED PROTEIN BARS MORE THAN ONCE. Some staff members are very racist. All of these complains aren’t worth 60 dollars a month. Save your money and go to a better gym and pay 10 dollars.

The staff are hands down the best part of this place. They are super friendly always. However, the girls locker room is disgusting. The steam rooms, I am not sure they are ever cleaned. The seats are always slimy, and they stink pretty much constantly. You can smell the hot pool from 10 feet away. The fitness classes all have disco balls. I am not even joking, and they use them. So you are being assaulted by shinning moving lights while you are trying not to die. The weights are great.

They deserve lower then a zero if i could. the staff is not trained well at explaining your membership you better take your membership to a lawyer to read before you sign anything. They bathrooms are disgusting and moldy. I would definitely go to a $10 gym before recommending this gym to my worst enemy. Horrible staff and management that is worried about nothing but there bottom dollar.

Less than a star what this place deservesIt used to be one of the best in town but not anymore cause the pool is dirty and dusty lately and I talked to them about how dusty it is and it needed more care and cleansome of the staff are not trained well especially when calling and talking to long term customersSo sad to say it but I’m canceling my membership and not going back there anymoreGood luck people 😣😣

I love my gym!

Great place to work out. It has plenty of weights, a weight room just for the ladies also, racketball courts, a half basketball court, 2 lay down private tanning rooms and 2 tanning beds you can stand up in, ping pong tables, a heated salt water junior olympic swimming pool, hot tubs and steam rooms in both locker rooms and plenty of free classes you can take from yoga to cycling. Not to expensive especially for the amount of options available.

Update: Rating changed from 1 to 3 stars, after negative reviews and complaints, MGMT and I have resolved the issue to my satisfaction.Notified them of my intent to cancel over 30 days from now indicated my wife might want to continue but I was out. Sat down in an office, filled out paper work, was told of new rate just for her. Today I am told I was never cancelled and we have to pay for both of us this entire period and another 30 days.AVOID THEM!!!!
