Everyone there is rude but this lady was being so rude about my son being there. He wanted a toy and he was by the machine the whole time while I was there and he started to cry a little and she started being so rude she walked away and said she couldn’t hear because she was on the freakin phone. Then she just threw my papers back at me and said here here here you go, trying to get rid of me.

My daughter sent me money by Western Union and I went there to pick up my money and the customer service refused to let me pick up the money. She was very rude and disrecptful. I had my identification but because I am African American I was denied service..

African American women who seems to have the white car cause it’s always parked outside when she’s there is ALWAYS RUDE. She is always talking on the phone while attending customers doesn’t say hello does not say anything just having her phone conversation while at work. I rather go to Homewood Currency Exchange
