My cousin wedding reception was here and it was beautiful . The staff was very courteous and helpful and the food was great except for the shrimp Creole it was really spicy

Worst customer service I have ever seen. First I had a contract for 300 people when I got there the day of the event they had only enough chairs for 234 people I spoke to the owners they wanted to charge me a additional $200 for their mistake because they didn’t have enough employees even after we offered to help set up the additional chairs. Second in the contract I had the hall until 12am but when 10:30pm came they took it upon themselves to stop the band and told me that we had a hour and a half to take pictures because they wanted us to leave it was a wedding we didn’t even get to cut the cake. The plates were dirty they were very rude, worst customer service and I do not recommend for anyone

Really enjoyed having our brothers wedding here ,its a real update spacey unique place to make a wedding,the owners are very humble really worked out with us to make everything happen although we are in phase 2 due to corona ..she really did a nice decorating which made it look real nice..only bad experience was the service i really was very disappointed for the service ..servers were to lazy didnt want to help thats the main reason didnt give 5 stars

My wedding was absolutely stunning it was all because of Nai and Ann- they were my rescue 911.... We had a wedding party of 70ppl Crystal Palace was my one-stop shop they catered to all my needs and completely took all the stress off my back of planning a wedding- Thank you guys people are still talking about the beautiful place, the great food and the wonderful drinks

My wife and I chose Crystal Palace Ballroom for our reception venue for its sheer beauty. Shawn and Nga were invaluable help to us throughout the planning process. They have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to planning your reception details. It also saved us a lot of time and money when we used them for our reception decor as well. Yes, on top of owning two reception ballrooms, they also own an event rental business which ties perfectly into their weddings.I will say that our first initial meeting with them, they do give off an all business persona, but once we signed, they are the sweetest most helpful couple. Thanks again to Crystal palace and their entire crew for playing a part in our big day.

I initially called and spoke with a woman (who didnt give her name) to ask her questions in which she cut me off before I could even finish. I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I called back a few days later to schedule a tour to give it another try. During my previous call with the woman she says, you would have to call to schedule an appointment Tuesday-Friday because we arent up here twiddling our fingers waiting around for people to come to take a look. I was appalled. I have called this establishment at least 10 times and sent numerous emails with no response to make an appointment. Prior to me talking to the woman, I sent at least two emails and called at least three times before getting in touch with her. I dont feel I should have to hunt you down to give you my money. She is very unprofessional. Ill take my money somewhere else. If they are unorganized and unprofessional now, I cant take a chance with getting the same treatment on my wedding day. Beautiful venue but there are other venues in New Orleans and surrounding areas with professional staff.

Set up an appointment to view the place and get a tour and the guy Shawn wasn’t even there. Also the guy there asked us if we “really wanna know the price” as if he already assumed that we couldn’t afford it! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Owner is very unprofessional and rude, put a very bad taste in my mouth the jump, I called 12 times before I can even get a hold of someone, very pretty venue but the bad service turns you off. I would take my business elsewheres before I let them ruin my wedding day. Definitely needs a customer service class or she does not belong in business

There was a dead frog in the ladies bathroom, a dead animal next to the fountain, and the floor was so sticky that you could feel your shoes stick to the floor.
