Vicky, Sherri, and the whole ABC Title team in Harvey where so helpful titling and registering my vehicle after an out of state purchase. Even in the wake of hurricane, they began assisting me as soon as their doors reopened. I was still located out of the state, but they were super helpful in letting me know what documents I needed to send them in order for them to complete the transaction and get my vehicle registered/titled and returned it all back to me. Very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Have used them a bunch and would highly recommend. Thanks for all the help!

I was in there today and it took less than 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby and then less than 10 minutes renewing my i.d. The employee that helped me (a dark haired guy that wore cool necklaces) was awesome! He was very efficient at his job while managing to maintain small talk with me. I highly recommend this place. Today I was having issues renewing my registration and Ms. Sherri was so attentive in helping me. After speaking with a total of 11 people to get the problem resolved, she not once made me feel like I was taking up her time. She gave me her full attention and care the entire time and made me feel like my issue was just as important to her. Customer service was 10+ and she was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you see her! I sure will!

Just got off the phone with Stephen about a duplicate registration issue I was having since moving out of state. He was a lifesaver in this situation. When we did live in Belle Chasse, we always went to ABC in Harvey because it was quick and we were always in and out with no problem. I highly recommend using them.

I often use their website for their long list of online services. My most recent visit to their office was just as efficient. Every employee was willing and able to assist their lobby full of folks requesting DMV services. Thats what makes them scary fast! Ill never go to the DMV if I can continue to take care of my drivers license and title needs at ABC Title. They also have a notary!

They dont answer the phones.I left messages for call backs and “Arden” or whatever her name was called back after 2 days and was completely RUDE.I have never had to request a copy of my title to register my car. My car is being paid off so their is a lien on my title which is why i dont have it. My bank mailed a copy to the harvey location so i was calling to verify they received it since i dont live close to harvey and i have already been waiting a month.She called and said “we will call you when we get your paperwork boo its not our fault your bank hasnt mailed your paperwork boo”So i asked if my forms were mailed to the public tag office did they have access to that info or is it separate she responded “yea boo we will call you”When i said ok thank you for returning my call she hung up. No youre welcome nothing.Just unprofessional and im glad my bank sent me a copy of the info i needed so i could take my business elsewhere i ended up going to the metairie location.

I called to ask about my situation. A lady (I didn’t get her name wish I did) said she would TRY to answer my questions. I asked her do they charge and extra fee on top of what I owe? She responded sarcastically and unprofessionally “We charge $36 , that’s how we stay in business!” Her tone and the way she responded was not nice. I had another question but decided not to ask b/c how she was. I will not be going there to give that location business. hopefully the owner sees this and address the sitiuation ,which I know will probably never happen!I hope she find a better attitude!

After at least six trips to the DMV and one five minute trip to ABC title its officially done. Stephen Ruth was amazing. I may never go back to the DMV ever again.

Excellent service!!! I needed to renew my drivers license. I thought I was going at a bad time because I got there at 12:10pm (lunch time), but I was completely wrong. They took me within 2 minutes of signing in and I was walking out with my new license at 12:20. The lady who helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable. Truly great service! Highly recommend!!
