Great place to do business, I always do collision & repairs here with caring service personnel

Decided to patronize bc of their convenient location but they outsourced the work to Big Easy in Belle Chasse. The timeline of completion was off by 2 weeks, which was a huge inconvenience. Also, their communication was nonexistent. When questioned about poor communication and inconvenience, Mike became irate and upset. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I brought my truck in to be repaired. My repair took 4 days. The shop stayed in comminication with me about everything that was going on. They called and went over my estimate line by line. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions and provide any feedback. I received an estimated completion date and my truck was ready at that time. Upon pick up my vehicle had been fully washed and detailed inside and out.I am so happy and grateful to the staff at Manhattan Collision center...

A joke they had my car for almost 2months and still didnt get it right

Although they claim to provide lifetime warranty could not get them to correct the repairs to my bumper , after they repaired the side where Collision was , cause the other side to miss align as if it was missing clamps but lesson learned i just never patronized them again nor recommend any one else

They did a great job on fixing my car. Got it looking like its brand new self!

When my car received repairs February 2019, Progressive Insurance provided a list of shops in their network. I chose this shop because it was conveniently located. They really did a good job. I could not and still cannot find where the old paint stops and the new paint starts. The staff were professional and considerate.

The staff were very professional and has excellent customer service. I just purchased an 2019 Nissan Rogue SV Sport Utility SUV and not even 2 weeks after buying my truck, it was hit while parked in front my door. However, after the body work this collusion center did I cant even tell where the damage occurred once they were completed. And they also have a great partnership agreement with my vehicle rental place (Enterprise), so when I went to pick up my vehicle, which by the way were ready a day before schedule, I left the rental with staff at Manhattan Collision Center. After the very next day I received my deposit from the rental place. So this is my go to place for any collusion or body work I made need in the future.

The quality of work was good but the customer service could be a lot better.

Just dropped off my car....greeted & promised to call in 24 hrs. w/estimate....; Clean place, sent here by State Farm.

Took my FJ Cruiser here after Safelite completely butchered the windshield replacement. They took my truck that same day (Monday) and they had it completely repaired and repainted and back to me by Friday. They were super nice and professional. Will not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back to them.

My experience with Manhattan collision was excellent I was referral to them by Superior Honda on the West Bank and I would be happy to Refer them.....

We already had three different cars in this shop and we always got excellent service. They returned all cars super clean and the cars looked like new. I recommended the shop to one of my co-worker who had issues with her used car. They discovered many mistakes the car dealership did not disclose. Manhattan Collision ended up fixing it and she is super happy now.

Total RIP off estimate. Charged for things that didnt need repair.. Fortunately, I had already gotten 2 other estimates before coming here.. BOTH WERE 1500.00 LESS THAN THIS PLACE.

We had a little delay due to the car manufacturer but the work was done to perfection and my car looks like it did before the wreck! I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I had to.

Manhattan Collision is Absolutely The BEST shop to bring your car for repairs! They have Great customer service, and you don’t have to worried about your car not being repaired correctly. They also go the extra mile to fight with the insurance companies so that you don’t have to. All you have to do is literally drop your car off, that’s It! I’ve brought my car to them several times,and they always do Amazing Work. I can’t thank them enough!

We used them twice. Both times the service and quality of work was amazing. We come all the way from destrehan for this shop when needed. Hopefully we never need them again but if/when we do we know it’s worth the drive.

My front bumper was damaged when a truck backed into me. Their insurance company, Progressive, directed me to Manhattan Collision. They were professional, friendly and swift in taking care of my problem.

Great service

I just had some body work done to my kia sorento. My vehicle looks like it never been damaged. They did a great job and they also move quickly I had my vehicle back in no time.

They were nice, however they do not do quality work and certainly do not stand by it. We had an accident a year ago (hit and run involving our passenger rear door). They fixed our car, however there was a misalignment with the latch. In addition, they used very cheap filler in order to repair the car. As a result, we had to make several trips to different other shops in order to fix the alignment of our door. Unfortunately, albeit luckily, we got side swiped in the same location (we have since moved to Virginia). The auto body shop here (professionals) had to completely redo the gut job that Manhattan auto had done (they absorbed much of the cost because Manhattan refused to take responsibility). Had we not been hit, we were told that the filler that they had used to repair our car would have eroded through in a few years, and would have likely cost much more to repair at that time. We have since called multiple times and they have not taken any responsibility for their shotty work. They are nice people but do not do a quality job. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your repairs.

Drop my car off at Manhattan collision in harvey. After a week I called to check up on everything to be told I have to call big easy collision in belle chasse cause thats where the car is. Not only did they bring the car to another shop but it got there on my dime of gas money.deff will not return there.

I have been using Manhattan Collision Center for years for all types of repair work and custom paint. Their work is second to none and the staff is always great to work with.
