I took my vehicle to this establishment for repair. I called before coming due to the fact that it was closing in a hour! I Stated to them the 3 issues I was experiencing and was told if I could get there by 6pm they would look at it. I arrived a little before six and told there mechanic the 3 problems I was having and he then looked at it and told me he would be able to look at it tomorrow morning if I left it over night! I was told that they would call me the next day to tell me whats wrong and how much to fix it and I said please call before you fix it and that I need it to run because it keeps stalling, over heating and wont go over 40 mph! They agreed now when the next day came they told me about whats causing the problem and said everything in total is $285. I agreed and told them to finish the work! Now when I arrived at 6pm that same night to get my car there was supposedly a new Thermostat put in along with a new antifreeze tank! I asked could I drive it to make sure it wont just stop on me I was told no! I said even if you drive with me they said no! So I proceeded to be taken into the office so I could pay for the services and after I paid we went back outside and my significant other started the vehicle and as he is doing that we are told that the noise was still going to happen because they saw that the car needed new valves thats why it keeps misfiring but the car shouldnt stop and over heat! I replied by saying as long as Im not stopped on the side of the road again then thats fine. Can we fix that at a later time and if so how much would that cost? He said $485 and I said wow! After that we left and only getting 10 blocks away we noticed the car was louder and it still would not go over 40 mph! I called them and explained and they stated to bring it I tomorrow and they will look at it! Now after paying almost $300 the first time and being told they have to look at it again when I just left was not something I wanted to hear! I called the next day and explained how I was on the side of the road again and my car was still stalling and not going over 40 mph and was told to bring it in! When I came there they gave me a excuse as if it was nothing they could do but charge me more money for poor service! The manager Ali then said it seems I am blaming him for my car needing more work but I explained I understand my car needed more work but when I came in I expected the work I asked to be done would be completed and it obviously wasnt! He basically went back and fourth with me and would not give a solution! After 20-30 mins of not getting anywhere i told him I would report them for bad business practice and being rude! He acted as if he did not care and proceeded to get upset when I asked to take pictures of his policy that was openly posted and other signs. He then started saying rude comments so we proceeded to leave and he punched the wall and kick things in his shop as he was Walking out! This place has no work ethics nor customer service. In my opinion this place would never touch another car of mine as long as I live! Not worth it for horrible service!

They towed my car there, had it in and out in a couple days, and they blessed me with the prices. Highly recommended

The customer service ESPECIALLY from the owner Ali is ALWAYS exceptional. They have stood behind all of the work that i have had done. I have two vehicles, a Ford Edge and a GMC Yukon. They are my go to place for all of my Mechanical needs. I have referred others to this location as well.

Great service with PHENOMENAL prices!!! Not too many places you can go where there more than a dollar sign! I highly recommend going here for any type of automobile service!! Also, by the way they do accept debit and credit cards!!! Very satisfied customer!!! Bravo fellas!!!

They are terrible corrupt crooks and I honestly wish want to sue these jerks. Cheated me out of $1700 for a car, then when it started smoking I gave it back within 24 hours and he wasn’t trying to give me my money! We agreed on giving me another car and even that one had some serious mechanical issues. I gave that car back and just was out of $1700 because my mechanic advised that I don’t drive it. They are looking to cheat you to make a quick buck. I was so mad that they cheated me out of the money I had been saving all summer and will be taking them to court!!! Can’t find them on BBB either!

Decent. Just dont go there for a hub bearing or nothing. Theyll mess up and act like its your fault. Maybe an oil change though. And they only take cash which is real inconvenient if u want your car back. Goodluck!
