Parts ordered came exactly on the date and was brand new wrapped in plastic

So I call... guy puts me on hold for like 30 mins... I call back and he says he doesn’t have parts for a specific car, so I asked why he put me on hold for over 30 mins and his response was because he felt like it. Pinchevatoculo.

I delivered a part to them and the man Victor was really disrespectful towards me I feel as if it was because I was a woman!

They are Awesome mechanics! Places a new used engine in my 2007 mini cooper and it purrs like a kitten!!!

I brought a used engine on 11/28 /20 and they agree to deliver it to the shop Monday around 3pm I was cool because I deal with them before... but this time they (meaning Victor aka manager ) Monday came and gone. then Tuesday I call all city and they (victor) said around 3 again and they called the shop to let them know they (all city) was come to deliver at 3pm. Wednesday came still no engine so. thursday I had take off of work still no engine the bs excuses the driver got a flat and he did talk with him....they (victor) straight lying to me about and they say what Im triping for the driver was couple days late again I pay for it would not every go back to all city ever

Do not shop with these people they are rip offs bought a motor for 1,155 & they had excuses about delivering my motor so I went there for a refund and they said I forfeited my contract how did I forfeit my contract after I paid in full anyway I had to call the police & they said I have to take them to court because it a civil case so I am trust me do not shop there

Sold me a used motor that they said was running and good. After consulting my mechanic the motor was not worth putting in as it had problems. All city Harvey refused to exchange the motor. Even after I told them about the issues the motor was showing I was told that they would not offer a exchange or credit. Now I am stuck with a junk motor and still looking for another one. Do not take your business here if you value your time because these people lie and do not stand behind what they are selling.

Drove 2 hours because they said they had my part. Got here and nothing. Not even an apology

DO NOT shop here I bought a transmission from here they said it was 60,000 miles on it.The transmission lasted 4 months.They said they warranty’s is only for 3 months.People was warning me inside the shop.I should have listened

I tried to buy a used alternator for my 2011 Town and Country. When I spoke to an individual on the phone they said they the part available and if I came to get it before 5 pm it would be available. My husband got off work early and drove over to the location we arrived at 4:40 pm. The office person said we were unable to get the part today but if we left a deposit we can get the part tomorrow. We left after driving out of our way for a part that we called and confirmed they had. On 7/30 I returned at 2:50 pm after calling about the same part. The gentleman in the office said your boyfriend came yesterday but the piece we have isnt any good. If you leave $20 I can get one here tomorrow. We called 2 days in a row about a piece they could have just said they didnt have. Seperate issue is the receptionist who was talking rude to a person who was getting a motor put in. The service was completely unprofessional!!!! Avoid this place!!! Horrible service!!!

This is place is very unprofessional and the sake men are the worst. They lie to you and then get mad when you don’t accept their junk. This should be the definition of a JUNK YARD.

Never delivered the part that was ordered then lied about contacting us to tell us it was damaged even though it takes only 30 seconds to make a phone call but thats ok. Theres plenty of other yards to order from

The road leading to all city is not safe, there are large holes in the road, and there is no plan to repair it, too many large holes, some very large. Do not use that road.

Great place for used parts, we purchased a part and later found out we did not need it, they offer a credit up to one year for any part. Customer service is awesome and they are very organized and complete transactions in a timely manner

I dont give this kinda review, but this is the worst place to get part or anything from, incase you need a refund or part doesnt work fine, they have nothing to do or offer than to rip you off over and over.Bad experience and its hurtful
