VALUESThe set of guiding principles for every individual across the Massage Envy organization. These aren’t just words on a piece of paper. These are the building blocks of our culture, because were grateful for the opportunity to help others. We approach our work with positivity and empathy for every member and guest that walks through the door and, just as importantly, for one another. And we strive to earn and to keep the trust of those we serve by delivering exceptional and memorable service.Optimism – We approach our work with a spirit of positivityGratitude – We show gratitude for the opportunity to help others and for the trust it requiresExcellence – We recognize those how live our values and improve non-stop.Consistency – We ear trust by delivering exceptional service at every momentEmpathy – We seek to understand the needs of others and accept and celebrate individualityThis is what a massage envy supposed to be and provide but unfortunately for my wife and I its only been one headache after another. Seem the only thing they truly care about is collecting a monthly payments.

The massage was just okay. Paid extra for aromatherapy, wouldnt bother again. Not many options and you can only pick one for each additional $10. I paid for a 90 minute massage, and the time on the clock in the room was definitely less. No one needs that much time to dress. The front desk is overly solicitous, and gives the full court press for membership.

Have no problems so far. People who complain seem to expcet the service of a spa resort or something, catering to every whim. Respect is mutual. If you want to buy respect then go spend $400+ at a spa resort. Otherwise, stop in here for a good massage, conversation, atmosphere, and the overall experience.

Im giving this clinic two stars for two reasons. When I came for my first massage with Massage Envy it was a Swedish massage. Altgough, this particular massage can be most gentle of the different massages, it felt like my kids were giving me a massage! I walked out feeling the same way as I walked in. The masseuse seemed as though she didnt want to do it or couldnt wait until the 60 minutes was up.Moving along to the second reason. I scheduled an over the phone appointment on yesterday for this morning. When I arrived at the clinic the rep told me that she could not find an appointment in the system for me today. I told her thats impossible I spoke with someone on yesterday and confirmed an 11:00 am appointment, gave my card # to hold the time, etc. The the clinic facilitator comes in and she cant find an appointment for today, but somehow find an appointment scheduled for 4 days later, which was a Saturday. So ultimately, I wasted my time getting there 15 minutes early because of a screw up on an employees part basically. I did and would not have scheduled an appointment for the Saturday they had because I would not even be in town on that day in which I told them. Needless, to say I did not get a massage at all because the two 11:00 am appointments were all that was available. Well, well, well, it seems as though someone screwed the times up and just bumped me back a few days and figured theyll just shift the screw up around. I did not speak to anyone over the facilitator because it is franchise, but I will be calling corporate to file a complaint!

I went to massage envy for the first time with my mom to get full body massages, since it was our first time we did a couple massage, She had a great experience she even got a membership, me not so much. she had Chris and I had Amanda , we we walked in the room I could hear Chris talking to my mom asking her limits and reviewing what she wanted to address with the massage Amanda said nothing. When the massage started I could still hear Chris telling my mom to breathe and relax, and Amanda said nothing still. The only thing she asked me was is the pressure to hard. I could feel her going over what I thought was a knot repeatedly in my neck and not once did she tell me what it was, if it even was a knot . When the massages were over my mom jump up elated said she felt like she could do gymnastics , I on the other hand was in incredible pain on my shoulders and have a swollen glan in my neck that I hadnt came there with. If I had gone by myself and gotten Amanda I would not be going Back to massage envy , however after hearing how amazing of a time my mom had with Chris I would like to give it another try and hopefully next time I wont leave with more pain than I came in with.

I was out for a few months because of a medical issue. I fully recovered and when I got back I was told that I had to pay for the months that I was out. I asked if there will be a credit to my account and was told by the very tacky and unprofessional person at the front desk no. I asked if the manager can call me to fix the issue. It has been almost two weeks and no one has called Sonya Grier. I have been calling and keep getting the same reply someone will call you . It is a shame that a customer has to keep calling for service. The Westbank is the worst place to go. The front desk clerk referred to me as this women, so rude.
