I love the Harvard location and the owners are genuine, friendly and treat you like family! And thankfully they just opened up a food kitchen and the food is just out of this world amazing! My favorites are the cheeseburgers and the subs The bread taste homemade! If you havent tried their food you dont know what youre missing! They have pizzas and breakfast also!

Literally the worse costumer service Shelia was completely the worse dont know if she was having a bad day or what but i went there this morning after being up all nighg with my baby accidentally parked in the line parking spot and proceeded to get yelled at by shelia saying thats not a spot not even a excuse do you know you parked in a wrong spot i then told her i hadnt realized im just grabbing some cigs and ill be leaving and im sorry she proceeded to have a attitude with me refused to sell me anything i go there alot as its down the block from me but now i will go further to spend my money everyone else there is very nice but i dont feel i deserved to be attacked the minute i walked into the gas station if you dont have costumer service maybe you shouldnt work in a gas station!!!

DO NOT buy any electric cigarettes from this Shell station (Harvard, IL)!!! They are selling fake Posh cigarettes and probably other brands as well. They won’t take any refunds so if you buy one and it doesn’t work, there goes your money down the drain. I bought two Poshes that were overpriced compared to other stores, only to find out they were fakes or a replica of the original brand. I appreciated the fact that it was open on Christmas Day. When you want it, theres a decent selection of beers, including cold ones. Also has a car wash.
