I have known Johnny practically all my life and rest assured, he is the best at what him and his daughter do. They are good people and honest people and his daughter is one of the hardest working young persons I have ever seen..!!!!...I recommend them 100%...

John and Hannah were awesome. We needed our tank pumped because we bought the house and it hadn’t been done since 2013. They showed up and took care of the job and gave us a lot of information on how to maintain our septic. The prices were very reasonable and we will be calling them again when the time comes. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need.

They were on time, professional and did a great job. The Removed cover area was landscaped nicely and looks great.

These folks are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgeable. They are an honest and fair business. I will be recommending them to any one I know that may need their services.

He was able to identify the issue with my tank and was in an out within a day. Septic work isnt a pretty business, but John makes it look easy. Accept no substitutes, this guy is the best

Bates communicated with me consistently over a two week period while I found and uncovered the tank on an OLD property. Showed up exactly on time, and when it wasnt the tank that was the issue, he helped me find the problem and recommend a solution. Definitely will be calling for any future needs. I will be recommending Bates Septic Services to everyone I know! We had another business pump our tank and not even two years later we were having problems again. We decided to go with a different business this time and I am so glad that we chose Bates! Bates had better equipment and they were very professional. They got to our home in a timely manner and were respectful to us and our property.

John was sincere and very professional. I had extensive work done, cracked septic lid, lots of roots interfering with function and loose plumbing lines all causing problems with proper service. He finished the work all today and cleaned up after. His entire crew was spectacular!
