As of January 1 my drive way is too dangerous...the same drive way that’s been there for 40 years I want to know what changed in January. I received my packages last year but not one packs in 2021. No review no negotiation just refuses to deliver!!!

There seem to be a lot of problem drivers at this location. I was waiting 10 feet from the door while working at home, and I get a tracking update stating no one available for delivery (time stamp is while Im about 10 feet from door). No doorbell ring. No knock. No paper saying delivery was attempted. If they can throw it on my porch, all is good (except for the many times they put packages right in front of the garage door where I could easily accidentally back my van over them when leaving). If they have to actually go to the door...well, then I may never see the package.

Pick up was fine but shouldnt have had to the driver didnt leave it because he thought my house was vacant when all we are doing is remodeling. But my opinion is that it should have been left .

Left huge package in the grass beside the gate. In bad weather. I’m not wimpy by any means but I will probably pay for moving it by myself. I would understand if other options were not available, we do have dogs. But, USPS and Fedex and yep even UPS have been putting packages in my old SUV for over a year now. I did check on my delivery notification to see who delivered it before I did this review. Wanted to do two and a half stars since it being delivered made it halfway right, but that isn’t an option. Since I’m still hurting down my side pretty good and the box has a hole in it, (which could have been done while not with UPS), I couldn’t bring myself to do three full stars. I would have just called to complain but apparently they don’t open till the afternoon.Update: dropped from two stars to one. About a month ago they left a mattress that I ordered from Amazon in Heavy Rain!! Are you kidding me? If it hadn’t been wrapped in plastic inside the box I would have went down there and explained how they would be returning it for me and buying me a new one. I mean this is just beyond unacceptable. I waited over a month before updating my review so that I could calm down about it some.

Plastic shipping bags, the kind used for shipping clothing and small items, are always covered with a fine layer of dirt that gets on my fingers when UPS ships them. I have to wash my hands after opening just one of these bags so that I dont get dirt on the items inside or on anything else. I submitted a complaint a year ago and the rep who called in response was extremely rude. She obviously only called to appease me because the dirty bags continue. When USPS ships, the bags are clean.

Customer service at this drop off location - GREAT. UPS Delivery out of this location - VERY FRUSTRATING.Example: At Christmas we were ALL home ALL day. Lights on and doors open in the house. UPS delivery person leaves sticker on door inside garage rather than ringing door bell for us to sign for package. We signed the sticker authorizing them to drop it off. The next day, we were all home again, garage door completely open, lights on. This time they came to the FRONT door, did not ring the bell and left another sticker there.February - They left a sticker on the door for a package that required a signature. We signed it and put it back on the SAME door. Next day, I was home but still left the sticker on the FRONT door. The garage door was raised ~24 inches for the dog to come in and out. The driver crawled under the garage door and left another sticker on the house door inside the garage. The signed sticker is still on the FRONT door.

Wont use this location again. Called to see if my 2 day delivery had even left the drop box that I left on a Thursday and I called late the following Teusday. The gentleman on at the customer care center wouldnt check and forcefully told me they check the box every day. Well, its Wednesday and my package still hasnt arrived at its location. Whats up with that? They shouldnt call it a customer care center if the really dont care about their customers.

Been very helpful to me. Several times I unknowingly went there at times they werent open to customers and they said nothing and were very pleasant in assisting me in shipping my packages.

New driver said our packages were undeliverable. We have lived at the same address for almost 5 years. Why didnt they just ask the regular driver. Im retired military and run a business from our home. UPS Hartselle sided with the new driver, was short with me and unapologetic. I have had to call Amazon and UPS twice. UPS hung up on Amazon Customer Service. I have wasted over an hour of my time, had to speak with a rude employee from the UPS center in Hartselle and I still dont have my medical device. Our number is on the mailbox, is visible and right beside the road. Directly opposite the mailbox is our driveway. You can easily see our house thats no more than 60 feet from the road. I can think of many words to describe this problem, but undeliverable is not one of them.

My package was supposed to be delivered days ago. I ordered an overnight package back on the 19th. It arrived at this store that same day and its still sitting there. And I cant get any more info from them. And Im being told they wont refund me for the overnight shipping I paid for because its the holiday season. I understand maybe a few days. But being told I might see it by the end of next week is not doing it for me. Never again will I use this company, nor my friends and family. Just plain horrible and the customer service is somehow even worse.

Decent people to work with and an okay seasonal job for extra money, but horrible communication within management.. Youll be promised a position by one manager, then told things by another manager, and yet none of those statements will be the truth. 👎

Pam their customer service supervisor is useless, and delivery driver is just as much cant read the proper adress and attempt delivery at wrong house and refuses to reattemp delivery at the correct house to correct his mistake. Ive had problems from this hub for years just shows more and more each time I use them.
