I have been an Ecopest customer since September of 2019. I rarely ever give reviews but my experience with Ecopest has been so positive that I wanted to share with others. The company has proven to be honest, thorough, and professional on all aspects. They have not tried to sell me packages I do not need as many pest control companies do. They are small enough to make the relationship personal yet big enough to handle the job. I highly recommend Ecopest to anyone needing pest control.

I first learned of Ecopest through Groupon. They were very nice and happy to treat our home and yard for the first few visits. I had concerns about lack of communication and technicians not showing up on time, but was not convinced that services should be suspended until the last visit in March 2020 when the check I gave the tech for payment was lost. We waited several weeks to see if they could find the missing check before paying by credit card. We asked them to cancel all services at that point. Two months later, Ecopest cashed the missing check without contacting us at all. We called and left messages but our calls were not returned. I emailed them and asked for a $75 refund. I got a response the next day that said that Michael would process a refund check shortly. They never bothered to call or apologize for their mistake or try to explain their actions. I would not recommend this company.

As a realtor, its great to have a company you can work with that understands our needs. Dustin is great. The company is affordable and very knowledgeable. I love working with Stephanie when I need to call and get info. Shes very helpful!

Completely blown away by the customer service that Ecopest offers. Went above and beyond for us. We will be using them for all of our future pest control needs and will be dropping Cooks. First rate service. Great pricing. Very very impressed!!!!

This review is strictly about the lawn care side of the business. This company is not dependable, they make all kinds of excuses and they do AWFUL work. Charge a hefty amount ($50.00) to cut and ($35.00) to treat and I have a very small yard as I have a large in-ground pool that takes up most of my back yard. My grass looked the worst, this year, it has ever looked and they broke an electrical box on my pool and then tried to make it out to be my fault. If you want to have a good-looking lawn look elsewhere.***Update 5 Jan 2020***Received a phone call on 4 Jan from one of the owners (Dusty, he managers the pest control). He wanted to see what he could do to make up for the awful service that I received from the lawn care part of his business. I told him there really was nothing he could do as I am not one to write a review just to get a discount. He was very nice and offered to refund part of my money but I told him that he did not need to do that. He was concerned about my review being one star as it really hurts the other side of his business as they are tied together. I told him i understood and that I hated for that to happen so I have now raised it to a three-star rating. I cannot speak for his side of the business so it is unfair for me to give the entire business a one star because of the lawn care side. So, with all that said I still do not recommend the lawn care part of this business or at least not until Dusty gets rid of his partner whoever he is. Beware!!! Horrible company. They sold us on their good reviews but their service is hardly top notch. From day one they were not able to get our account right. We were being charged for services that we did not sign up for and were not preformed. Had to call every quarter when our bill was due because it was always incorrect and instead of fixing the issue all we got were excuses then Dustin would try to sell me additional services that we did not need nor want. We were being charged late fees when our account clearly showed no balance due. Save yourself time and money - there are too many pest control companies out there so don’t settle for less here.

We have had Ecopest for about a year or longer and they (Dustin and or Jacob) have always went out of their way to provide us with great service and protection. If anything was not up to our satisfaction, all we had to do was call or text and they made a special trip, pronto!Dustin has always spent plenty of time with us to explain what was or will be done and why. Each of those guys are friendly, well mannered and professional. I chose Ecopest over the more well known companys because of the price yes; but more so, because of their personable approach and willingness to provide the best product for the lowest amount in the friendliest manner. Not fake, just fact.

Friendly and helpful on every visit. They will always ask for your concerns and are knowledgeable about seasonal issues. They take care in the service they provide to our home and Ill continue recommending them.Great job guys!

Always polite and very I formative. Keeps us updated on new things even to ways of helping keep home more pest free of little crawling things to other ways to help keep my yard safe and humane for us humans and pets. Love them, we will keep them along time. Also best value for little cost!!!

We had the pleasure of having the owner come to our house. We have a bad problem and he was very thorough in explaining things to us. He checked every part of the inside and outside of our home. Although its only been day one, I feel that he is going to be successful with solving our problem. He has great rates and is the kindest person. I called him early in the morning panicking and he rearranged his schedule to come sooner than our appointment date. If you want a great pest control professional to take care of you, THIS is the place to call. I cant sing enough praises and I appreciate him and his work. I was in need of a true crawl space analysis after having a large amount of water (35000 gallons) dump into the crawl space after a pipe break. First I called one of the crawl space companies. Issue with them is that they actually dont care about anything except making sure you get a quote for about 4000 to 8000 dollars in water proofing nor will they give you a report with the details of the moisture readings. My agent called Ecopest and Dustin came out to do an inspection. He did moisture readings throughout the crawl space and recommended a series of steps to return the crawl space back to its usual condition. He explained everything in simple terms and I learned a lot from him. When the work that needs to be done isnt something they do he recommends highly capable people with the same integrity as those that work at Ecopest. This job ended up costing $4000 LESS than the supposed crawl space experts and now my crawl space is back in its original condition with no waterproofing solution necessary. Thank you Dustin! You are a lifesaver!

I battles the ants myself for a long time but the ants were winning. I needed professional help and EcoPest did a great job. The initial inspection was very thorough and they used multiple treatments. They spent a couple hours and we saw immediate results. In the end, I spend about the same as I was spending buying stuff at Lowes but my ants are gone and these guys come by once a month to make sure they dont come back.Very friendly folks - easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I wish I had used them sooner but everyone is happy now (except the ants).

Ecopest Pest Control are experts at keeping pests (insects, termites, spiders, bed bugs and others pests) away from you and your house. They are handling my termite prevention with Sentricon and were the best price. They also specialize in Lawn Care Weed and Fertilizer treatment. When I bundled their services, I saved money!
