There was only one person working on a Saturday afternoon, and it caused a big delay for everyone to get assistance. I was purchasing a new phone and the next person in line was also. That takes time. Erin was a good multitasker and was able to help both of us simultaneously but one customer had to wait and another left the store.

I called the store to see if they had the screen protector for my phone in stock as they took my name and number and told me they would call as soon as it came in and I have still not heard from them in 2 weeks... The female that answered said they had one but was rude when I asked if they could set it aside and I would come now... i get there at 5:03 to realize they closed at 5:00.... why would she not mention this when I called. Not everyone knows their hours. Yes I could have looked but with two loud children I did not stop to do so... good customer service would have been to say, Mam I have one but we do close at 5. I would have waited to come to Hartselle. 😡

Went to pick up my phone that I had already paid for and she basically came short of flipping me the bird and asking me to leave because the phone apparently was there, but wasnt ready. Whatever that means. She was no help whatsoever. Drove 44 minutes, after the pick up on Thursday message, to get there. Terrible!

The people that work in the Hartselle Verizon store genuinely care about their customers! They take the time to explain how a new phone works and also apply the accessories too! Id recommend this location over any other location first! Visit and find out for yourself!

Hubby and I just bought 2 brand new note 10+ there with screen protectors and otterboxs. Cody handeled everything for us and put on our protectors. Good. Great. Get home and go to set up our finger prints and we cant. I go to verizon in decatur and come to find out he didnt take the protective film off of the front of the phones before putting on the 65$ screen protectors that are like a 1time shot kind of thing. Verizon in decatur wouldnt touch them because we bought them in Hartselle. I try to fix mine and cant and I mess up the protector. My own fault. But 65 bucks down the drain. Havent even had the phones 5 hours. I regestered the protectors but it takes 48 hours to process the registration before I can even make a claim and to pay the 20 bucks to replace just 1 of the protectors. I am angry.TO EDIT: THEY MADE IT RIGHT AND I AM SO HAPPY. Even though cody messed up it all worked out and was a learning experience. He did an amazing job all around everything else.

My device is damaged and in need of replacement. I am a prepaid customer, but have not always been. I was on a plan for several years and purchased this device and many others through the plan before switching to prepaid last year. I have never been treated in a bad way by any Verizon rep in all the years Ive had service. Three out of four associates in this store are friendly, but not well trained in the products available, or how to judge when to step down from trying to upsell while a customer has an issue.When I was able to clarify for the third time that no I did not want to switch to postpaid plan, and get the attention of an older rep, I was cut off, laughed at, shooed away. The Rep that has been there for 12 years? After speaking with him, Verizon Wireless customer service call center confirmed that he gave me incorrect information, incomplete information, and couldnt be bothered to check with my device manufacturer or online for any solutions. He was just plain rude.I dont recommend going to this location if you are trying to get help with anything. The customer service rep on the phone doesnt recommend it either. They are an affiliated retailer, not a corporate store. Obviously they are not well versed on Verizons company culture, 12 years experience or no. Ill drive to Decatur or Huntsville next time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would because giving it one star is way to much. I went into this Hartselle store in December with my son to have his iphone connected to my bill. Without giving you every long an very annoying and frustrating detail. Short story is. The store manager came over took over for the girl helping me and when she was done she had my phone bill so screwed up it was unreal. After calling Verizon 4 times and going into this awful store 2 times and call this store 2 more times and having Verizon corporation call this store they still can not fix her screw up. After 4 months of trying to get it straightened out I have come to the conclusion they are never going to fix it. I went into a real Verizon store and had to completely change my whole phone plan to fix this mess. Which really pisses me off because I lost my unlimited data that Ive had for years. I will never step foot in this place again and neither will anyone I know because Ill make sure they dont. This place and its employees are ridiculous !

If i could i would give this place & Verizon as a whole NO STAR, Went in to upgrade the phone I have & everything sounded too good to be true, so i picked out the phone i wanted & was told the amount i would have to pay to have my current phone paid off & once i done that all i would have to pay was the taxes on the new phone, so i went ahead and paid my current phone off, almost $300 & then was told OH, well now its saying you will have to pay a $495 deposit for the new phone, something I wasnt made aware of before i paid my current phone off, so long story short...i got screwed over & ended up paying my phone off for basically no reason EARLY, i wasnt ready to pay this phone off or i would have just came in to do that, i was told the week before on the phone that if i came in & paid my phone off i would be able to upgrade & only pay the taxes on the new phone, thats the only reason i even came in & the only reason i chose to pay my phone off TO GET THE UPGRADE!The store employee acted upset that the system didnt notify him of this deposit before i swiped my card to pay my phone off so he called customer service & i guess about an hour later was only told sorry there is nothing we can do. So now that the phone is paid off im planning on taking my business else where, i know they was able to see that a almost $500 deposit would be required to upgrade & they chose not to inform me, maybe they get some kind of commission when someone falls for their lies & pays their phone off..idk!! Basically PISSED AT VERIZON, Over priced & no the service is no better than T-Mobile or any other phone company that i have had!!! Me switching services may not affect verizon but at least i will feel better just knowing that Im dealing with an honest company who doesnt lie to their customers just to get commission!

I walked in the door at the Hartselle Verizon store and was immediately yelled at, and I mean yelled, theres going to be a 3-4 hour wait. I immediately turned around and walked out and will NEVER return to that store again. I will be using the Decatur Verizon retailer where there are much more polite employees!

Friendly staff convenient location, I was a little disappointed in the fact you have to pay to have your phone data switched over when purchasing a new phone. Perhaps, I was just lucky before or Verizon has changed their policy.

I would not visit this place. They tried too scam us and 2 months later we are still trying to get charges removed from our bill due to our visit there. Visit Decatur or deal with Verizon online these people are crooks.
