I have been with them since I was 16. I have looked around before to not find any better prices. I also dont think I would find anyone as helpful and nice as they are here. We obtained some damage to my car recently. They were very helpful and informative during the time that I was trying to make a decision on whether or not to file a claim. My car ended up appraising for more than I thought it would, which allowed all the repairs to be made without have to total it. I was ecstatic. While my car was in the shop, someone called me at least once a week to check in and make sure I was receiving updates from the body shop about my car. I wish I could give more stars and that other companies were more genuine like these people are.

A loyal customer of this place for years. Someone backed into the SIDE of my car while they were on the PHONE. On the scene the people admitted it was their fault. I have the Police Report and all. State Farm then said it was partially my fault having me pay $1,000. I cant even fathom how this makes sense, I been trying to get through to them for weeks. I have never seen such a disloyal company. I dont know how this place got rated so high. It is truly disappointing that they were so unprofessional. Save your time & money.

Brenda has helped us navigate the turns on everything from quotes when we are considering adding vehicles to whether to file a claim when a rock chipped the paint and the windshield on our freshly updated truck! She helped my nephew get a much better rate on the same plan he had with another agency.Bill has been to our home to offer guidance when a pipe burst on the hot water heater and water was literally running out the backdoor and filled up the ductwork to the central unit, to minor roof damage after a storm all the way to rebuilding our detached garage when our big dogs were babies and they knocked their heat lamps down and caught the building on fire!!! We had our awning on motorhome torn off during storm. Called to check if we were covered and it was. Whitney was awesome handling our claim and walking us thru the steps. We had check within a couple of days from them getting estimate and Whitney checked up with us two or three times to see if we had everything repaired. Could not ask for better service from anyone. I hope we dont need their claim service again but it is nice knowing how efficient this office is if we ever need them again.
