The first time he came to clean our dryer vent he did a excellent job. Was very professional and tidy with cleanup after the work was complete. 10 months later I called to get him to come back and clean the dryer vent. (Same job as first visit) First visit took about 45min and was excellent work. But this second visit he was in and out in less than 20 minutes give or take a few. Their second visit he didnt get on roof and clear the blockage in the roof vent. He ran the shop vac for maybe 10min and left with the dryer working no better than before he arrived. So 175.00 dollars wasted on a very poor vent cleaning. I bought my own ladder and got on the roof and had the blockage cleared in 15min. Not saying that this man cant do a good job, he did a excellent job the first time. We were extremely happy with his work on the first cleaning. Service the second time around was horrible, the drier stopped heating up and drying clothes the next day. After poor work second visit I cannot recommend his services unless you want to risk throwing away 175.00 for poor drier vent cleaning.

Al cleaned out our dryer vent and did a wonderful job. Our dryer was intermittently not heating properly.We called Al because we knew it was not a thermostat problem since the problem was intermittent. Al found that a squirrel had built a nest in the vent. He cleaned out the vent and installed a face plate vent to prevent any animals from re-entering. It took about an hour and a half. He was polite, informative and did a perfect cleanup. The price for the job, quoted up front, was fair. We highly recommend his service.

Al came out to clean my dryer and vent. I did not know you were supposed to do this, so it was 8 years overdue. Al took his time to show me the issues that had developed and cleaned everything. My dryer is working so much better. He also told me that I needed a smoke detector in my laundry room so I put one up. He is super concerned about safety. Highly recommend this business, he was punctual, professional, and his price was very good for the time and effort involved in the job.
