Needed some body and paint work on my Suburu. Got several estimates and chose Curb Appeal. Everyone from reception, to the estimator were extremely pleasant. And the work they did on my car was outstanding! I highly recommend them. Great people, great work and all at a great price!

Brought in a car I had just purchased that needed a full detailing. They offered me a ride to work, and went above and beyond the description of the level of detailing they charged me. My car looked excellent and was completed promptly. Friendly service and professional work at a very fair price, cant ask for more!

Look elsewhere folks!This is a 2 part review. I took my mothers 2003 Grand Am to get the driver side doors fixed and painted. They done a great job w/ that.However I was told they could buff and wax the remaining body so it would blend in w/ the newly painted doors. This is where the problem lies and the need for a negative review. See attached photo, this is how the buffed part of the car looks now! White specks all over (except for the 2 driver side doors)!So yes, as their slogan says, I AM DRIVING THEIR REPUTATION!!!!!!

I read the reviews and thought this body shop would be a good place to get a dent in my door fixed. As my car was “hit and run” I was paying cash for this. The employees were nice but the service was poor. They failed to plug my headlight back in, so I drove home with no headlight on without knowing. Also the next day I noticed my antennae was missing, I called the shop and was told to “look around” as it was “probably in the car somewhere”? They never called me back to see if I found it, and they are not answering my calls now. Very unhappy with their attention to detail/customer service. I paid over $700 cash for their work, just to fix a 3 inch dent in the door and they left my headlight unplugged, antennae off, and will not return my calls now. Buyer Beware.

Dropped 2011 Honda Accord off to get accident repair. When the car was picked up, the low beam headlights did not function and there was a short in the parking light. They said, “We didn’t mess with the headlights” when the invoice charges us for headlight assembly removal and reinstall on both sides. Your car may look good cosmetically, but if they screw something up, they won’t own it AT ALL! Very unprofessional. Headlights worked when the car was dropped off and not when it was picked up and it’s, and I QUOTE, “Not on them.” Use at your very own risk as you will not receive quality service or repair.

This company was very professional and did an excellent job on my cars paint job. I was worried that the new paint wouldnt match the old but when i went to pick the car up, you could not tell the difference. I talked to the owner and the manager at the shop on Rt 11 about a concern i had, and they were willing to make sure everything was to our satisfaction before we left. They really look out for the customer and do no cut corners with their work. Im glad I had the work done here and will be back when i need more work done.

I had to bring my new(er) F-150 in for some passenger side body damage. The quality of their work is impeccable, and the truck is black so I know it would show all imperfections if there were any. They were also timely, which says a lot being at the early onset of all the COVID stuff here in town. Also, I had to bring it back in for something minor that popped up shortly after (an issue with rear passenger door latch). They got me in IMMEDIATELY for that, had it ready to go same day, AND vacuumed/dusted the inside while it was there. Very impressed, and everyone here is incredibly friendly and professional!

Paid a very large sum for half and half work.They replaced the ac condensor on my van and didnt even fill my ac back up with freon.There was a a big gap on the passenger side of my hood where they didnt do the hood right.If you are going to charge high prices at least do the work right.Didnt even bother taking it back in cause i didnt want to wait a long time to get van back like i had to the first time.The reply i just received on my complaint is no excuse for a job not done well and i completely understand you do not want to take responsibility for a poor job making excuses.I could have got the job done cheaper at Dans but made the wrong choice by going with Curb Appeal.Even if you offer to do a job at a cheaper rate you should still do a good job.Even though my rate was not cheap.I will never deal with these people again.

Great prices, great staff, great service! Window tint tech is the best around. They also do a superb job on auto detailing and auto body repair! I can personally testify to all 3 services for either myself or my family here and cannot rave enough about how great they are!

The staff at Curb Appeal dont just possess a high level of customer service, they are very knowledgeable about the work that is done, including the ones in the front office who write estimates and schedule. Asha and Sam really helped me figure everything out when my BMW was damaged at a mechanic shop, and were able to get in contact with the shops insurance adjuster when I couldnt. When they heard insurance passed me on to schedule with Curb Appeal, they informed insurance they werent done yet, as they never even got my address to send the check. Asha and Sam got it taken care of quickly so I didnt have to. As a business owner myself, this level of service, care for customers, and knowledge about every step of the process from prep, to paint, to payment, is something I appreciate as so many businesses lack these skills. HIGHLY recommend Curb Appeal to get your body work taken care of!

I had taken my car to Curb Appeal for an insurance claim. While I was there, I decided to get the side of my car fixed from a previous incident which was poorly repaired from another body shop here in Harrisonburg. Not only did Curb Appeal fix the front of the car from my most recent accident, they fixed my old damage and made my car look absolutely wonderful! They have great customer service, great staff, wonderful quality, and they are more than reasonable with their pricing! They definitely have a customer for life!

The BAD: I took my vehicle for a simple wash, wax and interior detail. Details like cleaning inside the door, cup holders, dash, and instrument gauges were all missed. Not sure how that was possible other than lazy. With the wax I still find residue that wasnt completely wiped off in such places as door handles, roof, bumper, etc. I went right back to have them complete the missed areas and they failed a second time! Also cup holder inserts went missing, they were replaced but still... No attention to details.The good: I also had my windows tinted there. After a few months still look great and I am happy.The Advice: Dont was your money here. The owner seems like a very nice sincere person but the incompetency of the business employees is to much!
