I know one of the head inspectors and they they are highly recommended for their cleanliness. I have always had my stuff processed there and they do a great job. Meat looks good and it is seasoned good. The only two things I wish they would do different is make more flavors especially for the brats and change the way they do custom labels. Other companys do them for free or cheaper. Other than that they are great. Thanks Harvest Meadow Farm

The staff and holding facility here are so nice, helpful, kind and gentle for/with the animals. They took time to help us with the cut sheet and we look forward to using them for processing again.

These guys/gals are awsome this was the first time we used a processor to butcher hogs they went over the cut sheets with us and answered all of our questions excellent staff, the meat was packaged very well ,they smoked our bacon and we did sage sausage flavor is wonderfull they exeeded expectations thank you t&e meats employees
