Don was very informative regarding the upgrade to our security system.He ensured that all parts of the system were working properly. The customer service department was also very helpful in getting the system upgrades completed during this service call so a return visit was not necessary.Thank you to all involved parties for good customer service.

While living in Louisiana for 40+ years, our security provider was eventually bought out by Vector Security, who we had never seen advertised nor heard of in the local area. We decided to go with Vector for a continuation at a very reasonable rate. Then we moved to our current location in Amherst, Virginia. When we informed Vector Security we were moving to Virginia they immediately mentioned that we could continue our service at our new residence if we wished, and we could also continue to receive our reasonable rate based upon our seniority with them. Our new home in Virginia did not have a security system installed, and we were not going to occupy the home for several months, so my wife arranged to have her brother (who lived in the immediate area) and Vector Security install our new system communicating by telephone on what our needs would be, what she wanted and all the other bells and whistles she thought we would need. EVERYTHING was accomplished by phone - system installation, placement of alarms, camera door bell, and all the remaining necessities. I was just AWESTRUCT sitting at our kitchen counter in Louisiana listening to my wife and the Vector Security installers (and my brother-in-law) communications skills on pricing etc. Since our move here to Amherst, Virginia, in December 2019, we have had Vector Security to our home on a couple of occasions. In each instance my wife has called for a service call, the response has always been very timely and within reason. They call in advance when they are on the way and always arrive within minutes of their stated time. We are exceptionally pleased with ALL aspects of the service we have received from Vector Security, and we highly recommend them. After our service call this morning, I made the comment to Don the technician, that I was a VERY HARD person to impress, but he certainly exceeded my expectations! The company has a dedicated professional in this person indeed. Very prompt, courteous, articulate, friendly, knowledgeable, professional in appearance and leaves no mess or clutter when he leaves the work area. GREAT company with dedicated employees!

Don was out to assist us today with our NVR camera system. He took the time to listen to our questions and understood what we needed. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. His ability to communicate how our system worked was excellent. Don is a true asset to your business.

We had some malfunction of an equipment and requested a technician to check it out. Donald Martin arrived on time and was very professional, we feel comfortable having him helping to correct the equipment which he did efficiently. He has thorough knowledge and expertise, he carefully diagnosed the problem and was able to correct the problem quickly. We have had him on several occasions and found him to be very pleasant, communicates well and always happy to explain his process and what is needed. We are completely satisfied with his work.

Technician was very courteous, he called before arrival and was here by 8am. He checked front door sensor & then replaced it. He changed batteries in sensor on back door, glass break sensor & key fob. Thank you for keeping my home safe!

Once the office got the scheduling figured out, it was fine. The tech who came to my home was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

Always a great experience. Don has always been great for our company. I usually request him anytime I can get him. Very thorough in what he does and he is always willing to explain things and give us options on other services that Vector Security offers to fit our business needs.

Don MARTIN fixed my sensors on my windows checked and double checked them moved the glass breakage unit from the hall to the living room so as when doors were closed it would not say glass breakage was as considerent and so pleasant to talk to I will ask for him in the future if I have a problem thank you Don

I have been very impressed with how quickly the monitoring center contacts us when there is an issue with our service. Our smoke detector went off at 1:30 am. By the time I jumped out of bed and started for the basement the phone was ringing and it was the monitoring center. The few times a device has triggered an alarm over 12 years we’ve had Vector Security their response time has been extremely fast.In 12 years we’ve had service twice. The service tech, Don, has always been prompt, polite and efficient. Upon addressing the issue he has always asked if we have any questions or concerns regarding our system. The first time Don came to the house he provided a “refresher” on how to operate the system. We “re-learned” things that we probably had been told when the system was installed but had forgotten.We have been extremely pleased with Vector Security’s service.

Don had so many alarm problems when he arrived and solved them all.. he was excellent:professional ,friendly, competent and above average.. i would recommend vector.
