Im a contractor and i purchased a dishwasher for one client, and a 10 cu ft refrigerator for another from this company recently.. The dishwasher was having problems I hooked up, they sent their tech out to see whats the problem was. He found it to be clogged drain line. I asked to pay for his time, he said no, hes filing it with Whirlpool warranty under a different code, so I didnt have to pay, and they got paid.. The refrigerator was delivered. The guys delivering it puts dents, knocked chunks of paint off the front, and the sides got all scrapped up. I called in, and they initially told me its an even trade because the guy fixed the dishwasher drain and I didnt have to pay him. Even though the tech said its paid for by whirlpool, and I offered to pay for his time. Then they decided to offer me touch up paint. So I got a 10 cu ft dent and scratch refrigerator, for $600. No deduction in price of coarse. I went in today and told the tech that came out for the dishwasher repair,, that he knew I offered to pay, and that he told me and the client, that it was being filed under warranty work. He response, whatever. I buy a lot of appliances. Never paid that kind of money before, and be treated that way. Buyer beware of this business.

I was in the store on Wednesday afternoon about 3:00 searching for a new refrigerator to replace ours that died. I needed something asap. I was helped by a nice gentleman and by 3:30 I was leaving the store. I needed this delivered since my husband had just had major surgery. The guys who made the delivery were very efficient and were at our house and gone by 5:00! They also took my old refrigerator for no charge. Where else could you get that type of service? I was very pleased from start to finish. Their prices were decent as well. I have already recommended Rozman Brothers to my family and some friends and will keep them in mind for future needs. If you want to buy any appliances buy it from them. Dont even second guess it just go and buy it from them. We had a bad experience had homedopo.We went to them they handle everything. There guys came and were super nice and did everything for us they even made sure all the things were out of the oven before they left.

Great place! I love this sort of locally owned store. Rozmans features top of the line appliances and furniture. I especially appreciate their appliance knowledge. I was helped by Rozman himself (when is the last time Mr. Lowes came out to help you?). Every 10 or so years, my favorite Microwave goes kablowie and I always look up the current replacement model and Rozman miraculously allways has it. This time, it was not in the store, but they were able to get it to their store by 10 AM the next morning!

The man was really nice and asked us if we needed help. I wish they had a larger selection but they have what they have.

They are one of the few old fashioned businesses left. Very friendly and understanding, knowledgeable and kind. Everybody was easy wilingly to help me . I explained them that my fridge broke and they literally delivered it next day first time in the morning. Great Job guys from Nanii Family.

I work in the property maintenance field so we would often come here for appliance parts. We didnt buy their appliances because they were to expensive. I stopped in today and the gentleman at the counter lashes out at me saying tell your boss to start buying appliances from us and stop buying d**n parts. You guys are a pain in my a**. You need to start buying appliances. I honestly couldnt believe what he said and just walked out. Called my boss and told him. We will never take our business there again. I will personally make sure I reach out to everyone I know and tell them to never shop there as well. Not sure if he lashed out on me because of my ethnicity or what bit it was completely in professional and uncalled for.

Stopped in yesterday to look at mattresses and experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The man who I spoke with said, my name is on the front of the store so I can do what I want, and when the sale wasnt going the way he had anticipated he abruptly left the room with the mattresses and turned off all the lights as myself and my mother stood there in the dark. Beyond rude. Im not sure how that kind of service or attitude is going to help a business succeed, but I know I will never purchase anything from Rozman Bros. This man and his store doesnt even deserve one star.

In there yesterday for 20 minutes, no one helped me or asked if I needed help. Caucasian Woman came in behind me waited on her immediately, I dont think they like black people.

Very poor experience. Sales man we worked with, Pat, was very pushy and rude. Actually talked to other employees as if they were less than he, in front of customers. Complained to us about the hassle of returning a broken range from our home to the store (that was less than 2 weeks old) and then bullied us until we purhased couches so that the delivery (for the stove that we already purchased) would be free. Now four months later, said couches (that we paid $2k for) are falling apart with minimal use. Attempted to contact store for help resolving the issues and have yet to hear back. Overall, horrible experience which is very disappointing as we enjoy shopping and giving our money local businesses. For this store, stick with the big box stores.

Long time Rozman Bros. customer, unfortunately Home Depot and Lowes giant advertising campaigns won me over for awhile. Poor customer service, over billing, false advertising and terrible delivery people and practices were a waste of time, money and energy that quickly brought me back to the professional folks at Rozman Bros.Thank you Rozman Bros.
