New to the area, my (pregnant) wife got her car detailed here ... Mr. Cs was very accommodating to her schedule. The car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The vehicle looked younger/ less used after the detailing. Wife cemented on a very solid job while she was in nesting mode, so you know it was a really good job.Thanks team for taking care of my wifes needs and meeting her expectations.
Actually I paid $30 and gave a $10 tip $40 for an inside outside Car Wash they didnt wash the mats they barely clean the inside. What day did clean was streaked you could really see what a horrible job when the sunlight hit the dashboard. I called back and they said I could get a free car wash Ive never gone back because Im so disappointed Id rather go somewhere else. Im actually afraid they might damage my car because I complained.

Attendants really pay attention to detailing your car. Love the fact you can have exterior wash.
They were kind but missed so much in the car, a huge very obvious patch of saw dust in the middle of the trunk in my hatch back, to the point that it was clearly laziness because it was in the middle it was so easy to see. They also didn’t even touch the driver side door, it was still sticky from a spill and full of dust. Very disappointed in this service.

Really disappointed, I normally visit the 26 mile location and thought Id try this one. I would never come back. Friendly but horrible work ethic and paying attention to detail does not exist. Doors not cleaned , cup holders still dirty, windows are dirty, floor mats are full of water now and outside of truck still has dirt all over it. Dont waste your money. This was a $34.00 car wash that looks like a $5.00 wash. Pictures are worth 1000 words. See for yourself.
Horrible job. This was my first time there, and this will be my last. I waited for 25 minutes before even getting to someone. I paid for “full service”. I asked exactly what will get wiped, and I pointed out things to be sure they were wiped and cleaned. Turning in my lease and wanted it cleaned. Supposed to vacuum everything , and they didn’t do a lot of areas. I came home and vacuumed it myself. I wiped down the entire dashboard, inside of doors and the pockets of the doors, and cleaned out cup holders. They even half a $$ the vacuuming. Worthless.
My car wash was good but I didnt appreciate the way the manager talked to some of the staff who clearly had disabilities. He was rude and mean to them. It made me uncomfortable.
Paid $30 for bills best got home and found a lot of spots missed. For $30 nothing should be missed
Rodney is a gem of a professional, as a current customer and former employee of his when I was younger. He’s always personable and handles business. Bill, the owner (or former owner at this time not sure if he passed the business to his son yet) was always good to me as well when I was employed there. Service is always good as well.
I always love taking my car there. They do tend to be a bit pricier than other washes but you pay for what you get so they for sure do an excellent job for the money and this is a hand towel dry facility. My family and I will continue to return for a long time!!
Just went there today because I had a gift card. Paid for the works. Inside and outside should be clean. Also paid for my mats to be washed. Mats were put back haphazardly, center area still dirty. And I assumed that with interior cleaning they would wipe the seats down which they clearly did not. Wont be coming back again. This happened the last two times I paid for the works. Outside always looks nice but inside isnt touched.
The car gets cleaned, but full service should be more attentive to actually wiping/cleaning back area of inside vehicle and windows. Truth be told, if Im paying 30 plus dollars for a car wash, I shouldnt have to finish the job when I get home. The staff is very kind and professional, maybe just rushed a bit...
They do a great job. As long as they are on their A game and dont forget parts of whats included in what your paying for, i.e. my entire center console and inside rear doors. They did correct this mishap the next day. I give thumbs up all the way

Had a slightly less than perfect job today. There were a few details that were missed, however, after bringing attention to them they were quickly remedied. This is usually not the case! Im still providing 5 stars because on any other day they give excellent service!

Great washes but Horrible Rinse. After one mile down the road the soap streakes are absolutely horrible. Will cancel my monthly plan if they cant fix the rinse
I love this place. I am an unlimited member my car is done well. I am not going to complain about having them dry spots, etc. This place is under staffed and I think they do a good job. My windows are sparkling and my tires are spot on.
Paid for the The Works interior and exterior cleaning and noticed the exterior wash and protection was not applied. After speaking with customer service and the manager, James, they re-ran my car and provided the correction to the service for which I paid.The professionalism and courtesy was exemplary and I commend the employees for doing the right thing.

Horrible!!! I wont ever go back. I spent $30 for very poor job. Plus I gave a $5 tip before realizing that they didnt wipe the salt off my rubber floor mats. I complained to the manager. He wiped them off but proceeded to say its an extra charge to wash the mats. Theyre rubber, they didnt need to be washed....just wiped. Wont waist my time sitting in that long a$$ line to pay outrageous prices for a subpar car wash.
Im not one to complain as I myself am in the customer service industry. However the amount of time I waited and the money I paid in the service and a tip (I tipped 20) only to get my car back in sub par cleaning condition has made me write this review.I went Tuesday March 9th and got the works which is 30 bucks. It includes interior and a wash. My trunk was still full of pet fur. The car doors on the inside were still full of spots from water trickling in when the windows are down. The dash was still full of dust, the leather part of my seats still had spots. The inside of the trunk still had dirt all over it. The rear view mirror wasnt cleaned with any window cleaner.I spent an hour waiting just to get in. I expected it to at least look spotless when it came out.Most people use this service so they dont have to spend an hour cleaning it themselves. I could have done this myself in under 30 minutes and spent less than 10$ doing so. As it was I had to go back myself and use a wipe to clean all the inside they didnt do and a vacuume to get the fur they left behind.So 50 bucks for the worst cleaning Ive ever seen. Lesson learned. I wont be back.

Never have I been to a drive through car wash where they charge you $ 22.00 and dont give air fresher or tire dressing on your tires. They charge hand car prices and give you drive through service. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Very busy at 830 am. They open at 8. Staff was hustling. 👍 Bought the bills best ( interior and exterior)and 2 mats cleaned. $36 bucks. They didnt wipe down interior of doors or dash really well. Left some streaks. I would expect better for the money. 🤷🏼♀️ There were a few other people who had complaints.
Visit to Mr. Cs today 10/020, service was not acceptable. Just returned yesterday from trip down to Cincinnati. Took my car this morning to get exterior cleaned up. I do not like to give negative feedback, but today after returning home and inspecting my vehicle on the passenger side, black tar marks on the entire passenger side which was clearly seen by person drying vehicle on that side. One would expect that they would have either asked me to pull forward and take care of the problem. I used a correction cream and in 2 minutes removed the tar marks. My vehicle is white which was clearly visible. In the past they have been one of the top car wash service on the east side of town.

Horrible!! My sub was working just fine before they detailed my tahoe. Got in after they were done none of my stations were the same and now my sub isnt working! Went right back and told them and they said they didnt do it. Im dropping it to the shop that installed it tomorrow so the truth will come out as to what happened. This place is a joke. Ill see them in court for sure.

Paid $30 to get my truck washed and while some of the staff were doing a good job I watched the one bleached blonde kid trying to dry my truck seemed dazed and confused and missed half of my truck. He seemed oppressed for having been working. Not sure if I will ever go back there again..
Ive been going to all these for years. Vito really does a great job running the Harper Woods one. They use compressed air to get the water out of the side mirrors. I love that !

I love the service options and the location and the cost is reasonable but I was not happy with the cleaning job this time. Alot of kids working there now so that could be why.
The line maybe long but dont let that keep you from stopping by. They are quick and do a great job whether you get just an exterior wash or both interior and exterior. Keep up the good work Mr. Cs employees. You all rock!

Mr.Cs Car Wash does a great job, and has extremely honest workers. I know a thing or two about the auto body process, paint correction, and detailing the inside and outside of a vehicle, the work they do is top notch. They treat EVERY vehicle like its a Ferrari. The wash staff doesnt cut corners and moves at a fast pace. I have personally put 20 dollars under my drivers seat, under both front floor mats, in the back seat, etc. They havent taken it once. It always ends up back to me one way or another. I cannot say that about another car wash in this area. I have a high respect for that alone, but the wash job is great.
The wash is good, but occasionally, the people who dry the vehicles dont pay enough attention to the windshield corners. Aside from that, the carwash itself is very good.

First Rate Service! First time Ive ever been to this car wash and it was phenomenal. I had driven back from Chicago and my car was filthy. I wanted a quick exterior wash thinking it would barely remove what was on my car. Plus the basic wash was only $8...Was I surprised when my car came out supreme! Not only that but the attendant was kind enough to remove my daughters school magnet before the wash. I will definitely be back!!
