Got an alignment less than a month ago. Was not done right and got stranded in Corpus. Tried calling and had no answer. Went to tell them what happened and they are not willing to fix nor acknowledge their mistake and basically called me a liar. Last time I do business there. Firestone saved my bacon and charged a lil bit. Its done right now though.

They do a pathetic job they dont even know how to allign a vehicle.I took it to another place and they told me that the alignment wasnt right. So I went over and toldl the manager to do their work right and not risk someones life.. By the way, the other tech checked and showed me first before he even touched my vehicle that it wasnt aligned right by Sanchez Alignment! This was done the same day!

I never leave reviews for anything, but I feel like I have to for this place. Took car on for a wheel alignment and was given the story on how they fixed it to the best of their abilities without us purchasing the “needed” parts. As we drove of and headed to another town, the car began to pull when it never had before. I called them back without an answer, so I called my brother in law who owns a dealership and sent him the pictures. He told me to go get it fixed right away because the service was done so incorrectly that they actually made it worse. I ended up getting the alignment at another establishment where they did not need any other parts and managed to fix the mistakes made here. I called to complain and the workers were rude and refused to give me the owners name for a refund. All they told me was to come back on Monday since they knew we were not from town. NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER, do business here unless you love throwing money away.

Need more customer service etiquette. No receptionist, have to wait till someone acknowledges if you need help. You just standing there waiting while nobody looks you in the eye. No bueno

This place is JUNK, they did some work on my sons car and Im so lucky that my son is still alive because he could of killed himself or someone else. They replaced some ball joint and wheel alignment that they never did it correctly. While my son was driving the ball joint just fell out. Work was done about 2weeks ago. What kind of work are they providing.

I picked up a nail in my tire. Need a quick fix. Done in less than 20 minutes. Charged me 5 bucks. No complaints here

I’d give less than one star if I could. Unprofessional and very low quality work. Has young kids working who really don’t know what the heck they’re doing. I’m assuming relatives to bypass child labor laws. I like to support local businesses, but in this case, take your vehicle ANYWHERE else down the street.Fast and cheap? You get what you pay for...

They have good tire prices, but their wheel alignment needs a trained technician. I took my truck in to get an alignment and he messed it up. I had to fix what tbey messed up and take it to another alignment shop.

Terrible customer service. Left the inside of my car with oil stains.

The guy in charge was going to do an alignment on my vehicle but then he stated he couldnt unless I replace both control arms. Of course that was going to be more expensive . I asked how much he would charge. He stated 180 for replacing both arms and alignment. I told him I was going to Auto zone around the corner to get parts. He told me I would have to pay 5 dollars for the car alignment inspection since I was not going to do it in that moment. I asked, ok when i come back with the parts so you can compete job will I get credit for those 5 dollars. HE SAID NO!!! I know its just 5 dollars but it seemed like he was just money hungry. But then again who isnt because it would seem like I am too with this post. I hope you all get the point. I decided to get the service elsewhere just for the fact of the 5 dollars.

I had a tire rotation done at this location I picked my truck up drove away as they were shutting down for the day I got 2.8 miles away and the back wheels come off my truck because the Lugnuts were not tightened .I had to have my truck towed and with the extensive damage done to my truck it cost me $3500.I have been to the shop numerous times they will not talk to me the owner will not answer my phone calls I have been to the sheriffs department filled out a report but I get no satisfaction out of this.These people do not do a good job no matter what their other reviews say and if they do do something wrong to your vehicle they will not stand behind their work so if you value your vehicle do not take it to these folks because they are not honorable.

This place is pathetic and try to take advantage of women. My wife takes the car there for a alignment. This place said she needs toe rods and they were just replaced. And now tie rob needs to be replaced again. You people sure can run a good business. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Not even for a tire change

Rip off! My son took his truck for an alignment and was told it needed bushings that we had just had replaced brand new. They tried to get $180 out of him for something that wasnt needed. Took it to Aarons and they verified there were no broken parts and he got his alignment with no problems.

They are very knowledgeable here and have always been honest and truthful with what needs to be done to my car. They dont try to sell you stuff that you dont need. And prices are very reasonable.

Get what you pay for! They used wrong tool to replace pitman arm on my truck . Damage the seal on the gear box. They wont replace the seal, but will replace the gear box if I buy the gear box. Plus they will charge me $50 to do the job. Gear box is going to cost me $ 150 to purchase. I had already paid them $120 for an alignment. Going to be out $320 thanks to these idiots!
