I worked for Datalogic from home was asked to go into the office at the rate of pay it was hard for me to be driving back and fourth. The boss JC was very unprofessional. Myself and others felt like we were just being watched. And criticized everyday, they had they’re 2 week training to where we were not trained in everything. The people calling in we’re always upset that the system never worked. And they were right. There we would ask questions and get 4 or 5 different answers to a question with a simple answer. Everyone wants to be a boss but yet everyone seems they know but they don’t. One thing I remember being told was if you don’t know what your doing just act like you do you don’t want the callers to know your new hire.

After everything that happend I was shocked that their tech support is still easily accessible and actually took their time with my issue.

I would like to let you know that Datalogic is a business that its core its founded and build upon its CEO values, family and respect. This company is managed on the aspect that if your willing to learn and work hard, you can have a career and a good living while working with amazing people. So if your someone who is willing to work hard this is the place for you; hope you get an interview. I worked here almost a year, I can’t count how many times I had an opportunity for advancement. Mrs. Garza is someone who will mentor you, encourage you and push you to search for a higher education. You probably read the review below, that’s why I felt encourage to type this, if you have an interview to work for Datalogic you are on a right path to not only get an amazing job but to make a career out of it.IT DEPT. IS THE BEST!!!

Three day outage is ridiculous.

A really horrible place to work. Management is very unprofessional and unorganized.

The director of operations hired me as her personal assistant. I was asked to invest in professional clothing as this position would lead into management. I was asked to go on a three day trip to Austin the first day I worked there. Was told that i would be hired through a temp agency only temporarily and would later be transferred to Datalogics payroll. Gloria Garza is dishonest and manipulative. She ignored my presence nearly the entire week I worked there. Despite all my best efforts to make myself fit in a position that had virtually no instructions or directions, the rest of the administration simply treated me as a lab rat. The ops director could not find work for me to do because she was so busy, so I was placed in the shipping department where the lead was racist and wanted to see me fired. Clearly I wasnt the ideal employee for Datalogic but I was manipulatively made to think I would be kept long term when the true intention was to fire me without notice at their whim. I was really impressed with this company when I got there. It soon became clear that Datalogic simply dominates a government funded market that no one else has caught on to. The company is run very inefficiently and uses a temp agency to avoid paying taxes on its more than 50 employees.
