I lost a small diamond and completely disfigured the shape of my engagement ring as well as had several indentions in the band. I so badly needed to get my ring fixed, so I found this jeweler and decided to give it a shot. I dropped my ring off and the owner was there with his sweet dog. He was super friendly and apparently went straight to work on the ring and got it done within the exact same day, only about five hours later. It was inexpensive, less than my insurance deductible would have been, and obviously done so incredibly fast. When I picked my ring up, it looked so perfect and I couldn’t even tell which side had the new diamond. I will definitely use the same jeweler at any point in the future! So much better than a franchise jeweler.

The owner was very nice and helped me with my watch repair when I had problems getting it fixed at other locations who tried to charge an arm and a leg for. I appreciate his hospitable service and conversation.

I need my engagement ring rhodium plating ASAP!! I called the store at 6:40pm. I ask if they could do it for me. He told me to come right over and just knock on the door. He stayed well pass closing time to make my engagement shine for me wedding day!!!

My beautiful watch fell and got damaged, along with one of favorite rings getting tarnished, I walked in and Mr. Anthony, the owner fixed me up in 5 minutes and out the door… my ring is looking brand new with my watch on my wrist. You guys are amazing with great customer service.

I ordered a bracelet from here and it was only supposed to last six months and it lasted me a year and a half of daily use. I am from Florida but I was in town and I wanted to re-order the same bracelet and they did it for me with no problems whatsoever. They had me saved on their file and made exactly what I had before. I was so pleased when I asked if I could schedule an appointment that upcoming Saturday and I was told that I could get my ring resized and have it back that SAME day.I have been so excited to get to wear my ring again!The pricing was really good! I asked for recommendations before I got my ring resized and the staff was so genuine and I was able to make good choices about my ring going up in size! I think that was Anthony in the back? :)We left the store and only 2 short hours later I received a called from Michael telling me that my ring was ready! I was so shocked and excited we zoomed right over. I literally GASPED AND ALMOST teared up when i saw my ring again because they cleaned, polished and shined it, it was honestly more sparkly than the day I was proposed too LOLOL. UPDATE My wedding rings were sized fast and not with the same quality or carat gold. Ive had them dipped 2 times in a 6 month period because they keep turning colors only where they were made bigger. Im beyond livid. I have other white gold rings that have been made bigger and Ive had them for years and they have NEVER changed color AT ALL. Im sick at finding out today they ruined my wedding set and robbed me basically. Looking for an honest jeweler now to put 14k in my wedding set again. No amount of free dipping cleaning or polishing can account for using a metal not equal to the value of gold that should have been used. My ring is now black were it was sized by anthony Joseph jewelers. Dont know what Im going to do but this is definitely illegal!

Tony and his team are amazing! I had been wanting to change the mounting on my engagement ring but wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted. Tony took the time to go through various styles with me until we found the perfect one. My ring was finished in less than 2 weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and can custom make pieces to suit their customers’ wants and needs. I have had them do work on several pieces of jewelry for me, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. I bought an engagement ring from this Anthony Joseph, custom made too. Throughout the entire process they were very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in making sure that all of my requirements were met for the ring I wanted. Not to mention, the finish product was perfect! I also took my mothers wedding ring and guards there to be cleaned and dipped in white gold and to have my watch repaired. Every time I came in for a different service or product, Micheal and Anthony were extremely helpful and professional while also doing an amazing job on the task at hand. I took my wedding band to them to add a diamond that fell off, they gave me a good fair price, also they did serviced my ring, they cleaned it and they tightened all the rest of my diamonds. Killeen Location with Owner Toni(Tony) is amazing. Ordered a ring and had it customized for my wife. Looks amazing. As far as the one star review with the female the person who posted it is an idiot because Killeen location does not have any females working there in any way shape or form. Owner will tell you upfront front what he can and can’t do and or recommend. Wife wanted opal and turquoise in her ring, he flat out said I can do it but it’s not meant for everyday use being fragile. Explained everything as to why and offered to do a necklace instead but she hasn’t thought of that route so we figured out her ring first. Y’all want honest work go here.... even the dog they bring in sometimes is cool as hell.

It was very nice doing business at Anthony Joseph Jewelers! I am new to the Killeen area from Ohio and searched for a reputable company to service my wedding rings, google reviews didnt disappoint. I dropped in just a little before closing and was initially told to come back the next day to pick up my rings, but just as I was leaving I was told to come back in an hour so I could have my rings for the weekend date-night I had mentioned. I went to the mall across the parking lot and came right back, my set looked as good as new, it was beautifully cleaned and rhodium dipped. My husband and I chatted with Anthony and Michael for a bit and they told us where to go in Central Texas for sight seeing and family fun. We even brought my husbands ring in the next day because I loved their service so much. Anthony Joseph Jewelers has definitely earned long term customers.

Dropped a 2500.00 set off to the jeweler, for sizing and spa finish..didnt work out with the Mrs. So long story short I went away for my job , for 7 months they contacted me within months an told me they would hold it and not sell it before I got back. So they held it and i paid the same price for it, as I did when I initially dropped it off, no additional charges an work was phenomenal.

Ive visited this jeweler twice and although he is a very nice man neither time could he help. He sent me to Pagel where they were able to resize my Tiffany ring and make a necklace. Maybe next time. He is definitely nice for small ordinary jobs.

The experience I had at this store location was unlike anything I’ve experienced at a jewelry store before.All I requested was a ring resize on my amazing engagement ring.It started out really great and I was promised a phone call if any issues resizing my engagement ring. They told me it would take 3 weeks to complete.On the second week I made a phone call to the store just to verify that they could in fact resize my ring with no problems. The lady I spoke with said “Yes, he won’t have any issues with your ring.”On week three, the day of pick up. I called again to confirm pick-up. The man working on my ring told me “Yeah, so we weren’t able to resize your ring because it’s as small as it can get, I can give you some ring guards for free though, and pick up will be at 1:00pm.”I get to the store very upset since I waited almost a month to get my engagement ring back. I was very aggravated because he didn’t even look at it till the beginning of week three (when it was due for pick up) PLUS it was given to me by my fiancé, and it hurt to leave it there for three weeks. I would have dropped it off the day they were set to work on it, if I knew this prior. The fact that I called prior to double check that it was able to be resize was another issue, since they in fact lied to me.As I received my engagement ring back, they didn’t even provide the ring guard as promised. The store clerk acted as if everything was okay and fine. The same lady who lied to me! No sympathy!I left the store in tears. All I wanted was to get my ring resized and a confirmation that it could be done. Instead I’m leaving overseas with a ring that doesn’t even fit my finger. Overall, I am very disappointed with this place.
