The technician who came for my roof inspection/tuneup was Brian Good. He was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He explained everything he did and the condition of my roof very thoroughly. He even showed me pictures of the work he had done. He was great to work with! I would definitely recommend American Home Contractors and will ask for Brian in the future!

Brian arrived on time, did work in a timely manner. When finished took the time to go over the work he preformed. Took pictures of gutters, roof and shingles. Explained all pictures, possible problem areas etc. Before leaving talked to me about service packages they offer without any sales pressure.

I called them when my neighbor told be he saw a piece of the faced falling off. Brian came out to fix it. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The sales guys came out to offer a roof tune up but I already knew I needed a handful of shingles replaced. Jeremiah came out and replaced those shingles and did a bunch of sealing including around vents. Jeremiah is the brother I wish I had. (Sorry Frank.) I had him come back to fix a ridge vent problem. He was professional, courteous, and friendly throughout. He showed me before and after pics and explained everything.I highly recommend American Home Contractors and especially Jeremiah.

Isiah was really helpful and professional. He worked quickly and promptly shared the repairs he made and suggestions for any next steps for proper roof maintenance. He documented the information well and took before and after pictures to show the fixes he performed and any areas of concern on the roof. I contacted them through Angies list and Jason came out to meet me right away. He let him give me an estimate and I got 5 other estimates. I narrowed it down to 3 and he was very knowledgeable about the brands, warranties and type of shingles for my roof. He even responded to me regarding payment plans and options. I contacted the finance department received info from Vernon who gave me the info I needed to apply for financing. I got approved and received info from Jason on scheduling. Due to the weather, my installation was moved 3 times but each time they called me ahead of time. Still cant be more impressed with this company. I had a few questions after the install and someone came out, hopped on the roof and took pictures and explained things to me. Thank you so much.

We were very satisfied with our experience! Brian called in advance to let us know when hed be arriving. He was on time, very courteous and thorough with answering our questions. He took pictures of everything he noticed and before/after pictures. He did not try to sell us on anything but gave his professional opinion of our newly purchased home and the concerns we were having.

I am very happy with the work performed by American Home Contractors. We first hired them to clean our gutters and do a roof inspection. They also did a roof tune-up which is a phenomenal service and value. I truly believe the work they did will extend the life of our roof, saving us money in the future. We had them return to put gutter guards on our gutters. They were fast and efficient. The estimate was a great price. They did not try to have us replace our gutters that were functioning well or try to recommend services we did not need. They were not pushy in any way. They did the work as contracted. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous. I will use them in the future.

Brian was very great!! I had a hard time picking a company but needed something quick once I noticed my ceiling leaking during a rain storm. AHC had many great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I decided on a roof tune up Brian called when he was on his way to my house and gave me an ETA. When he arrived he explained the process and I told him about my problem. He then got straight to work . When he was finished he showed me before and after pictures ( he took plenty) , and explained everything that he had done. He also gave his recommendation for what we should do next. I am happy with the work that was done and will be moving forward with the recommendation. He was not pushy at all and did not try and get me to do a whole roof replacement. I am very pleased with AHC and Brian . He was awesome. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know.

The tech, Brian was professional and very informative with the information he shared and explained the issues my roof has and what it needs. This is the first time I had the roof looked at and he took the time to show the pictures he had taken and to explain what they were showing. From start to finish, I was very pleased with the roof inspection service that tech, Brian Good, performed on my house. He arrived on time and explained what I could expect from his inspection. Upon completion, Brian showed me pictures of various conditions, good areas & areas to be monitored. He went above & beyond what was agreed upon by addressing a few minor concerns while he was here rather than giving me a “laundry list” of needs & charges for a possible future trip. (Pictures also provided). He took his time to answer any questions. The only “aggressive” approach he offered was that he strongly recommended follow-up roof inspections annually or, at least bi-annually, as a preventative maintenance suggestion considering the age of the roof.It’ my opinion that Brian Good is an asset to this company and if he is an example of the company’s professionalism, expertise, and personable customer service contact, I would not hesitate contacting them again for future needs. Using a coupon, I hired AHC to inspect my 15 year old roof. The roof is very pitched and was quoted a price to inspect and replace two boots on the vent pipes. I was weary of hiring any roofing company due to a previous attempted scam from another outfit. The scheduler (Theresa) was very professional. She listened to my concerns and assured me that the team she was sending would be honest and professional with no hidden cost. Two gentlemen (Brian Good and Mike) came to my residence on time. They were top notch! They did not try to oversell me. They did the inspection, fixed areas that needed minor repairs, set loose nails and placed down fresh tar. They answered my questions completely and explained my roof was in good condition overall! They were honest! Lastly, I had concerns about my gutters and the loose asphalt stones that lay in them. Brian offered a spring maintenance where they will come out and maintenance the gutters. I can not be more satisfied. AHC is a 10 out of 10.

They showed up early and worked till after dark on a freezing cold day. My metal roof looks great and has already been tested by the snow, finally no leaks! Everything was cleaned up afterward.

Response time for the request of service took less than 24hrs. Was scheduled out about a month but with everything going on that was to be expected.Michael and Greg came out and did our roof and gutter “tuneup”. Both gentlemen were very nice, personable and professional.We will have a third person to come out and give and estimate to get the ball rolling with what’s needed to be repaired.

For two years I used American Home Contractors (AHC) to do a roof tune-up each spring and was always happy with the price and their repair techs. I was talking to Chet, the President of AHC, about my bad experience with Tesla. I placed a Tesla solar order and waited. After three months with no communication and no indication of when they would install. Chet gave me a price, which was much cheaper than Tesla, and AHC installed new shingles, thermal barrier and 20 solar panels before the end of the year so I could take advantage of the federal tax credit.I have only good to say about everything overall. The communication from AHC and GAF was outstanding, and my new roof and panels were installed in ONE day. The contractors were masked, polite, and they continued to communicate their progress throughout the day. There was no mess afterwards and within two weeks of install I was getting electricity from my roof.

Technician (Mike S) was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and honest in his findings. Will definitely recommend them and use the for future repairs.

Mike Sponseller was the roof & gutter tuneup specialist who arrived to perform the service call. He was very thorough in reviewing our needs and inspecting our metal roof and gutters (both metal and vinyl). After his inspection which included a number of photos, he provided a summary of the deficiencies he found. Rather than perform the tuneups which would have limited benefits, he recommended setting up an appointment with his manager to discuss significant roof repairs or replacement options. I appreciate Mike’s honesty, sincerity and concern for providing a real service vs just completing a roof and gutter tuneup of limited value under the circumstances.
