Took my computer because I thought I needed a new battery, turns out it was some error on my part and they called and said everything was fine! Very respectful, honest, friendly people and a very painless experience, would go again and would definitely recommend!

They assisted my great aunt with her computer repair and forced the install of their remote control and management software on her computer without explaining it to her. When I called to ask for the password to remove it they refused to give it to me. Had to download Revo Uninstaller and do the work myself.
