Norman is awesome at bike repair, he easily fixed in 1 hour what another shop could not fix in over a week. He saved our planned bike trip!I had our bikes at another local shop who promised the new wheels with rims (they said were special order older mountain bike tires) would be replaced, after they had bikes for over a week. They never called to say they needed more time and when I went to pick them up they werent ready because the wheels never came in. I brought the bikes to Norman at 123 Bikes, who had the exact wheel I needed hanging on the wall. Norman knows the types of bikes most used in the area and was prepared with everything he needed to replace a few tires with new rims in 1 hour.Watching Norman at work, you can see that bike repair/ service is second nature and he was very kind.
