The house itself is poorly made. Water leaked from somewhere and now they have to find it. I work a second shift job at a nearby gas station. So I walk to work because it is 6 minutes away. Every time it snows they dont let the state plows because they do not want salt on their roads, they do it themselves. There is also no lamp post at the entrance of the development, only small ones near the houses which are a few yards away. So Im already walking in the dark. Just a few minutes ago I slipped on the ice because the roads where not plowed all the way or salted. My leg has been hurting since. Slipping on unplowed ice covered road in the dark because a company wants to save money, and they dont even let you salt your driveway as well. If my leg is broken I will most likely file a lawsuit.

First off, the new townhomes for rent are cheaply and poorly made. Things broke first week of moving in and it appears only primer was on the walls. When moving out they took almost my entire deposit for normal wear and tear and I feel I was set up from the start not to get my 1,250.00 deposit back. Ridiculous and they are crooks. Dont rent from them!

To many rules for the premium rent they charge,glad i left! Apartments are cheap
