I was very impressed, great customer service from start to finish. They even were kind and friendly through the hottest summer months. This location seemed to have lost air conditioning many times, but each time I went in was greeted with a smile and helped with all of my finance needs. These are the kind of staff you want to take care of, the kind who will grow your business with word of mouth. Great job you guys keep up the good work and I’ll be back.

I went in to pick up a western union. The girl told me they offer payday loans. I needed cash ASAP. The reason I was picking up western union. She processes my application and was not approved because I had a chime account. The good thing is she took the time to process my application and was very friendly.

I went into the store with a question about taking out a loan and Veronica was very helpful answering my questions about what was required to get a loan and was able to qualify me to get the max amount.

I was really surprised at how easy applying for a loan was. The lady took her time on explaining everything I needed to know the whole process was so fast. I will continue to go there for my loans.

The other day I came in asking about the personal loans and the lady in the front, Veronica said they no longer offer them but she convinced me to take out a payday loan and I took out $255 and it helped me to buy groceries she was so nice & very helpful 😃

So today My Mom and I cashed our rent deposit check of $678 and this business charged us the full 12% which is $81.36.She did not disclose this amount to us before dispersing the funds. Which is a dirty business practice.Cash your checks at Payday Loans across from Mc Donalds on Lacey Blvd. I only paid $45 for my $1560 dollar check. Legally businesses can charge 1% to 12% from $1 to $1000. Imposing the full 12% for a $678 dollar check is just a sin and how we miss the mark in this life.Thank you for reading the truth you can check.
