Bought a Highlander Hybrid. Jose and Russell were a huge help. It was a slightly bumpy start as the place was busy on a weekend day and there was a bit of a wait. But otherwise, they were straightforward and once I gave them my price range and loan terms, they did their magic to get within my range without much of the usual back and forth with managers that you see at other dealerships. Russell even went out of his way to hook me up with a Geico insurance agent, who gave me a nice rate and set up my insurance before I left the dealership with the car. Jimmy was the financial manager, who is absolutely amazing! He went through the loan terms and the relevant service packages and coverages in great detail and ensured I got the best value for the money (not to mention some great conversations on a bunch of interesting topics). Overall a great experience, which definitely stood out amongst the other Toyota dealerships I visited in the area.

I needed a new car so I took my daughters advice and went to see Toyota Travis at Freeway Toyota. He was able to get me the Camry I wanted after every other dealer around failed. I highly recommend them and my salesman Travis.

Russell was very helpful and appeared eager to help find a specific configuration of Tacoma for me. However, he seemed to struggle to use the tool he had available to find a match. After over an hour of looking and making alternative suggestions, he found the truck! Unfortunately there wasnt a reserve put on it and less than 10 minutes later I was told the truck had sold. He pulled in his internet / inventory sales manager to help out, but he didnt seem to put that much effort into it. Suggesting we might be able to custom build the model, then a few minutes later saying that wouldnt be possible. Quickly got the pressure to concede on aspects of the configuration I wanted and told just about every choice I made was making it next to impossible to find a truck I wanted. Im pretty sure Russell was told by this manager to not let the deal go through with the truck Russell found because maybe they wouldnt make money on it. I checked the next day and the truck was still for sale at another dealership. Picked it up the next weekend. I appreciate the effort Russell went through, but taking off stars for the typical dealership experience (dishonesty, high pressure tactics) that I was told doesnt happen at this particular dealership. Again, Russell is a nice guy, and would recommend him to anyone going to Freeway Toyota, but he was probably let down by his managers.

I went inside to check what the hold up was and caught him chatting with another employee. Cars we went to look at also had damage that was not shown in pictures.
