American Tire Depot in Hanford is amazing!! I went in to get an oil change today and the sales manager Vince Perez was professional, friendly, and accommodating. My car was in and out in no time, and I can tell they do it the right way unlike those fast oil changers (they never fully replace the old oil). I was so impressed that I thought I’d ask about tires and he let me know how much life my current tires had, showed me a few brand options and gave me an amazing quote on tires/installation/alignment, everything. I’ll definitely be coming back here for tires and oil changes from now on. I highly recommend this place!! A++

I had steering linkage work done on my Ford F-250. They were able to get the truck in the same day I called and and was told when to expect it completed and the cost of the repairs. The personnel were courteous, friendly and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I wasnt really sure I had the time purchase new tires but the management help me find the time by offering to give me a ride back to my job and pick me up when my new tires were installed.. it was very nice to see a friendly company take time out for my busy schedule it was very refreshing.. Another great experience with American Tire Depot in Hanford. This time was fixing a flat that came at, of course, an inconvenient time. Impressed they worked the job into their busy line up of tire installs and I was back to work.

Store manager and employees well mannered and polite. Kept me informed on what was going in on with my tires. Other than the delay for my tires to arrive at the Hanford store I was happy with the price of my new tires. Truck runs great on new tires and Im satisfied. Would have rated them 5 stars had the tires arrived on time.

Tires were worn after 5 years of use, needed a new set. Joseph helped me decide what tires were best, and set me up with an appointment. The Tire Depot team quickly put the new tires on aligned them. My total was almost $200 lower than the other closest tire shop. Great customer service, great prices, and quick and helpful staff. Definitely recommend, they found themselves a loyal customer. I know nothing about tires, so when I went I go into a place to buy a new set and all the bells and whistles I hope the person helping me has great customer service and isnt gonna try to make me purchase something unnecessary just because Im a woman. Joseph, who was actually on his 1st day of work was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and definitely made my visit great. The entire staff that day was great as well. I appreciate you all helping me out. I will definitely make the trip from Visalia back to Hanford to get service again.

The price is right, but buyer beware, you get what you pay for. It took four hours to get new tires on my carolla. Then they blatantly lied when I complained about the time, having come back from the movies. The sales guy said, oh they are putting on the last tire and balancing and you will be done in ten minutes. I walked outside to the restaurant next door and there was my car with NO TIRES ON IT!! Needless to say, it wasnt ten minutes. I was livid. Please dont lie to your customers, especially when they walk outside and see the car with no tires! Bad way to treat paying customers.

I have my car service with American tire depot for over 7 years. All services done perfectly and affordable. Tire, wheels, oil service, breaks etc. don’t go to car dealer, they’ll rip you. American tire depot is the best.

Very friendly and professional service. Both Seth and Richard provided outstanding customer service. They were willing to answer all my questions and offer sound and reasonable suggestions. Ironically Yelps had a 3 rating online but what I experienced was a 5 plus Service. More importantly the price I had paid was 500 dollars cheaper than my regular shop for the same tire. I will be returning for my other vehicles.

This is the worst place ..they dont even deserve 1 star..I had 4 tires replace it took 4 hours ..then I got home I noticed they forgot to put my wheel cap back on missing 2 lug nuts ...I live 50 miles away...so I call talk to the manager he said he would call me back when hes employee got back from lunch never heard from him ..so I call again he went home..so I called and talk to the assistant manager he said he would call me right back ..never heard from him too...I dont now how they stay in business treating people like this ..so Im with out the center cap ..

Very friendly & helpful staff. I was able to special order a set of tires the morning of, and get them installed that afternoon, service was well priced and I’ll be coming back next time.

Made an appointment at 10p.m. on 4-9-21 for 4-10-21. Arrived and tires I ordered werent there but ended up getting better tires at a cheaper price along with all the included services and the alignment! The service tech even showed me some minor issues with my suspension that I was not aware of! The guys there are very professional and efficient. Richard even fixed a check engine light that came on (unmetered air code). A. Diaz-Collado and R. Avalos are outstanding people and they have gained a customer for life. I will never go to the dealership again for service. If you want great prices, people, and service, go to ATD!Talmadge

Everything went pretty good. The guys there were very nice, very professional. Helped with the price a little bit. The only issue i had, i was told that i would be called when the inspection and when the job was done. Didnt receive a call both times. Overall its still a 5. Looked kind of busy and they got the car done sooner than expected.

Rich is the best not only did he help in finding me the right tires and a great price, but he made sure it got done when I needed it going above and beyond when there was a mistake in the ordered tires. I didnt talk much to the rest of the team but from what I did they are friendly and helpful too. They alway make sure we were taken care of!

**** Buyer Beware******This is the type of shop that ATTEMPTS to make repairs based what repair service cost MORE first and they work their way to the least expensive repair last...Took my car to fix a vacuum leak that was causing my car to choke and turn off which apparently took $700 to fix and after multiple attempts to fix the car, it is STILL not working and Richard actually told me they couldnt fix it and suggested that I take it somewhere else! My car has been parked for the last couple of months and I am now stuck disputing the transaction through Synchrony to get my money back since American Tire Depot has not fixed my vehicle!! They do an okay job on changing tires though, it was my mistake to trust a tire shop for a general repair!!

I called before coming in to a scheduled appointment, and a clerk said I’ll get a call back to see if they have the tire on stock. Two hours later without a call back, I gave the shop a call again, this time they left me hanging on the other line for more than 10 minutes without any kind of explanation. This shop lost my business at that point. I called Carrol’s Tire Warehouse soon after, and they are already installing the tires I needed as I typed this comment. You can definitely appreciate good customer service after experiencing a bad one.

Awfull, Sorry to say ,I bought 4 tires for my rv , they never offered the buy 4 get one free offer, got charged full price. Took my GMC Truck there later for 2 new front tires , Vibrated like crazy, I brought it back and they said tire balancing machine was broke and would call when they got parts, never called me , took to another shop for balancing they said they were never balanced or done incorrectly. The Bridge stone tires I got were defective and out of round come to find out.They will not honor tthere tires

Hello, the tire shop manager was less then thrilled that I bought my tires online. I selected this tire company because it was an option on the check out after buying and they were close to my house. from the start the manager was having trouble on installing my tires and even ask to keep it overnight. when I picked up the next day I drove it home and discovered they had possible pulled and starch the sidewalls so munch, the tires had a bubble on two of the wheels. when confronted he did say it may have been caused be the tech installing, and that he would look to replace the two tires. week past by and no word, I then have to go to the store to confront him but he tells they have located them and is waiting for another store to end them. at the store the manager ask if I needed any tires and if so I could buy them from him and off set the price of the tires he destroyed. then he ask me if I could buy them online because he does not deal with that brand. I tell him no, and he says he will call me when the tires come in. one more week pass and I am forced to go into the store and look for him. he was not their and would be off for the next day or two. four days later I get a call, but I did not answer it I am done playing games and bought the tires myself. I will never use this company again.

Pretty pricey depending on what your going in for. I went in for my car brakes and rotors and all together was pretty high, but then again I had my car for 5 years and never had to replace any of these parts. My car now feels and sounds good.

It was after 4:30 pm Saturday when my daughter noticed one of my tires was making a loud noise. I look down and see a huge metal object sticking out of it. Went to American Tire and the guy behind the desk was with a customer but a worker named Johnny walked in & asked if he could help. Explained my situation and he checked my car and confirmed it couldn’t be repaired. They were having an amazing sale and although they closed at 5 pm they made the time to show me tires in my budget and put them on. Great customer service!!

The man at the counter was excellent I told him I was there for oil change and transmission fluid change you said with the age of my vehicle that its not always good to change the transmission fluid and he recommended against it putting the customer first instead of the sell . No as far as waiting time I would recommend leaving your car and coming back when they call you as it took me over 3 hours and another gentleman that was there said he was there for almost 8 hours.they do honor their coupons they do honor their sales ads and theyre very kind and caring. I would highly recommend them other than the waiting time I recommend that if you dont have a lot of time to weigh that you have a friend go with you to drop the car off and take you back to pick it up.

They will price match but they require a written quote if their competitor has my tire and theyre already the lower quote why would I leave

Went to leave and they forgot to give me my spare back (I didnt know at the time), but one of their mechanics spotted it, stopped me, and made sure I got it back before I left! My go to tire shop is always American Tire. Ismael is always very helpful and honest when it comes down to service which i appreciate. They had the best price for all 4 tires and i had received various quotes from different tire shops. I will be returning again when in need of new tires.

Had my husbands car just recently get new tires and we called before hand to get a quote. Our appointment was at 8:45 a.m. At first it was 490 with everything done to get out the door but, once we showed up it was then 595 because an alignment is an extra 100 when we specifically ask the day before is that for EVERYTHING which includes alignment. Anyways not trying to argue we decided fine but being that my husband was at work, he gave them my number to call so I could pick it up and he was told it would take 2 hours. NO ONE CALLED ME AND BY THE TIME I CALLED, IT WAS PAST 1 P.M. They told me Oh yeah his car is ready but, his water pump is leaking bad and something else is leaking too so we advise to get it fixed and the total amount would be $1,100 Um why all of a sudden is there a leak when just 4 days ago I went to oil changes and no one told me there was any issues. I just paid for the tire service and took the car to a family member to get it checked out and guess what, THERE WAS NO LEAK! Never had any issues until this time. Place is a scam.

Can’t balance tires correctly. I had all 4 of mine changed here. They didn’t balance any of them. Took it back to get it fixed, after waiting 3 hours, they said they fixed it. Got on the highway again and still felt shaking. Their mechanics are garbage

They were absolutely awesome! I normally take my car to Freeway Toyota for EVERYTHING, but when they kept on sending home with an air leaking tire, I decided to pay American Tire Depot a visit. They found the issue right away AND fixed my tire for FREE! So when it was time to get new tires, I knew exactly where I would get them from. When it comes to tires, these guys know their stuff. Plus, they fixed other things that were supposed be checked at the dealership. When they fixed the other stuff, I noticed the difference in my car the minute I drove off their lot. My car ran smoother and no longer felt shaky. I still plan to get most of my Toyota maintenance from Freeway Toyota, BUT my tires and under body work will from now on be with American Tire Depot! Thank you guys for taking the time to make sure our family is driving a SAFE car in the road.
