Store was immaculate, well stocked, all the animals looked wonderful and I found exactly what I needed. Loved their small animal accessories selection and their prices. Got some new stuff for my rats and will be back for my other critters soon

Love PetSmart. The staff here is so friendly and beyond courteous. Upon arriving I was greeted by both staff members up front. The cashier who checked me out even offered to help me to my car. 100% will be returning.

I was trying find my big girl Honey Glazed Bunns something to keep her busy. She is the metal to my magnet and seems to think I just must play with her 24/7. I picked up this stuffed bone, very unsure. My girl deserves a medal for destroying everything I give her in record time. Its impressive really. Well I get to the register and this sweet angel told me it was great for heavy chewers and she had got one for her dog and it was a hit. Listen you angel, you had me at great for heavy chewers. And like Charlie from the Chocolate Factory I ran home with my golden ticket. People listen to me, I was able to watch TWO movies, yes two, uninterrupted and now she chewed herself to sleep. Might get wild and watch another one like the rebel I feel like. I should have asked that sweet angel if it worked for men lol. Honey Glazed Bunns says thank you!

Super lazy employees. Asked to see a bearded dragon and was informed by an employee we dont do handling. You gotta look at it through the glass. Yall missed out on an easy sale

Went in for some sm. Crickets for my bearded dragon, staff was quick and efficient. And very nice, I was in and out under 5 min.

Guinea pig hay is always out of stock forcing you to buy the bigger bags. (Even IF it sells out frequently, the store should be prepared and have more coming in daily. I don’t think it sells fast tho, I think they just never restock it regularly. The employees never ask if you need help either.

Ive been using PetSmart for over 7.5 yrs.i have two pups that have been with one groomer the entire time,I couldnt imagine going there not having our groomer to take care of my.babies. Also,I do purchase their food,FRESH PET from the store. Im comfortable knowing my dogs are safe from the moment I drop them off til I pick them up. Thanks especially to our groomer, Megan.

Im not sure what her name was, but the woman with the short blond hair that is a groomer at the Hampton PetSmart had my girl calmer than Ive ever seen for a nail trim. They trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears and did her anal glands and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. I will definitely be back1

Cashier and manager refused to help me find items for a shop and pay order. They said it wasn’t their job to shop for me 😔. I wasn’t familiar with the store because I don’t shop here often. It would have taken 5 minutes of their time and would have been about a $150 to $200 order. It was 10 times and I found a couple items but had trouble locating the rest. It was not busy. No customers at resister and manager was just walking around. Order ended up being cancelled and customer did not get there doggie items. August 3 around 415 pm

Very friendly staff every time Ive been there. Some more knowledgeable then others but they take their time and try to help with any questions you have.

I didnt give Pet smart 5 stars this time around mainly because their inventory for live reptile food was lets just say not so good. Maybe next time!😊

This was my puppies first time experience being groomed by Petsmart and he looked great. His fur was very soft like a stuffed animal. I was very pleased.

This PetSmart is a little smaller than most but still provides a variety of options. I am only giving it 4 stars because I havent experienced the grooming/pet training. The employees were very helpful even near closing time, taking the time to answer my questions. It was clean despite the employees stocking the shelves. Great store.

Took our fur-baby in for a Pawdicure. We cant cut her nails ourselves and they do a really good job. The Pawdicure is $20 and they do nails, clean out their ears, trim the fur between their paws, and some other things, with a bandana for the fur-baby when everythings done.NOTE: they used to do appointments only now it is walk-in only.

The stylist butchered my dogs hair cutting uneven all over. Looks like a 7 year old playing doll house with scissors. My dod looked much better before I dropped him off. Petsmart needs to retrain this employee before they cut another dog or cat.

Convenient to have the vets office in the store. Usually able to get supplies when a check-up is needed. Found that using the price match on the website helps save some $. The grooming salon has also been friendly and good at handling my fur babies.

I can get an appointment within a few days usually. Service is great. Princess usually goes in every 2 to 3 months. They listen to what you want. Calls if there is a concern. My baby looks good!

I take my Yorkie, Tila here on a regular basis and I love the attention she receives, the quality of the grooming that she gets and the friendliness of the staff!

Not help full at all asked for help with finding food for my ferret and I was getting the owl number only told that it was the second owl from the back of the store. And then when I finally found it there was only one bag and I was looking for assistance to see when they was going to receive more stock and I got a little bit irritated trying to find help.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and i enjoyed the experience while i was there. i will continue to shop for all my pets needs..

They have a lot of variety in pet supplies. The ladies were very helpful and informative. We ended up with 2 parakeets instead of one😄

Staff in the grooming area is rude with customers often times being very condescending. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with this at this particular location. They will NOT be getting anymore business from us.

Its just convient to be in a town center with restaurants and pet needs at the same time. This area is filled with many of your shopping needs.

This Petsmart is the closes location to our home and our go-to store for all of our pet supplies. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I realized that I had forgotten my wallet once when I went so I had my wife do an online order for in-store pickup. They had my order ready in just about 15 minutes and I was able to pick it up with no hassle. It was very convenient. They have a great selection of all the items we need most often for our dogs and even offer pet adoption services for kittens (run through a third party), grooming services, veterinarian services (Banfield veterinarian location inside the store) and obedience/training services for dogs. Great place that offers most, if not all, services and products for all of your furry family members.

The grooming went just fine. I prepayed for two new appointments. I was told by Lori that she would schedule the appointments as soon as they were paid for & email the appointments. It has been 2 days and no appts have been made made.

This location is a little cramped but everyone is very friendly.The customer base is pretty hit or miss on actually respecting wearing masks. With the cramped isles this is a bit of a problem.

Lovely little place with lots of things. More focused on dogs than cats or other animals it feels but still offers a wide variety of items for so many pets.

Bought some meal worms for my beardie and got one of the boxed horned worms. The horned worm was dried up to where you could barely see it. The customer service is horrible at this petsmart also. Go to pet world down the road.

Great experience at the grooming salon. Took our husky in for a bath and pedicure. Came out smelling great and was as energetic as ever. Glad to see she had a great time. Received great customer service the entire time! Will be back.

This particular location is not great. It really smells terrible, like wet dog and pet urine. The staff was minimally helpful, I tried to buy a new dog harness and when I got it to the register they told me it was recalled and refused to sell it. Since my other dog has the exact same harness as I was trying to purchase I asked why the recall was issued, out of concern for the one I already owned. They told me they didnt know why, that they just couldnt sell it. (Side note I searched online for hours and found no recall notice for the harness). I wont go back here, if you need something find another location, it HAS to be better.

Don’t really like it here. One of the employees I didn’t get the name of was following me around in the store as if I was going to steal something. Found that disrespectful considering it was a black woman and I myself am a black woman...Rather go to PetCo
