Been to many facilities in NH, Mass and Conn. Great place for basketball, did not see kids getting sick, clean and organized, Zero Gravity host checking all through the day asking teams and adult to keep putting on their masks! Great job.

Great basketball programs and summer camps for kids. Its an indoor basketball with several courts.

Went there for a basketball tournament with a former player i coached for soccer. He is now grown and doing his coaching thing! He brought me to show his team that coaches can have life long relationships with players and its perfectly normal. He and I both agree, its not just that season you coach, its your entire life and your players as well

There website needs work, and there ours are wack. They need to be more clear on open gym times. Facility is nice tho.

This is the WORST basketball gym I have ever seen for so many reasons. First, it advertises for pick up basketball two nights a week, yet during those hours it has only one court available for basketball. All of the other courts were rented out to increase the owners revenue at the expense of the regular membership holders. If you want to wait a long time to play a slow 5 on 5 half court game, this is the place for you, otherwise, avoid it. Second, the courts are like an ice slick. So many players were slipping and falling. They tried to blame the slippery conditions on the weather (salt) but I saw zero salt residue. It is just a total lack of investment to maintain safe courts. Any real basketball player who makes quick cuts has no chance on these shiny, slippery courts. I know my basketball, with four star brothers and a dad who won four state championships at the Boston Garden as well as a son whose varsity team was #2 in the state, highest division. My son found the conditions to be horrible too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS IT YOUR ONLY OPTION IN A 50 MILE RADIUS.

Unfortunately this facility is managed poorly. Our children have been playing basketball for the last several years and whenever they have games there, they frequently run late or will even move games to different days on a moments notice. They have no concern for family schedules and did not get back to me when I requested an email or call to discuss.

Poorly managed facility.The general manager Joe has zero skills or personality to be in any management role. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Buyer beware.

Good surface for youth basketball tournaments. Well managed. I particularly enjoy the location because I am able to visit the beach in between basketball games

HOT!!! 90 Degrees inside, 80s outside. I saw kids getting sick playing in the excessive heat. Early signs of heat exhaustion were evident. Staff refused to open a 12 garage door in the gym which qould have cooled things off.

Bright gym, relatively clean. Floor is plastic tile rather than real wood. The courts are crammed together with no netting between. Seating for spectators is extremely limited. Two benches at one end of the court. Parking is tight during tournaments.

Great place for open basketball. $9 for an all day pass. Floor is a little slick, but we will still.go back, since its impossible to play outdoors in the area.

Awesome gym. Well maintained courts, tournaments are competitive and fun. Gym memberships reasonably priced, well managed. Caters to all ages and skill levels.

Courts are ok. Facility is too small (hard to move around, few seats, no place to go between games). Saw no staff members outside of people there to take your money - lots of trash on floor, no medical staff or first aid box. Considering how much $$ they are taking in with 60-100 games per weekend and the cramped quarters, they should always have one medical staff member on hand (maybe nix the massage chairs for a defibrillator and a first aid kit).

Sadly this facility does not adhere to the state and federal social distancing guidelines during their camps and games, except for a temp check at the door. Large groups of children and staff without masks in close contact, despite their advertised safety measures.

Literally insane. Saw real Celtics players chilling around. This is a hot spot for famous people as well as it’s filled with pools

I have several concerns after attending a game at the RIM yesterday. Every single safety measure mentioned in the email chain below was not followed. No temperature were check upon entrance or while in attendance, no social distancing (according to marked areas), no hand washing, and many individual although had facial mask did not place them over their month. Furthermore, not one staff member onsite to make sure safety rules/measures were in compliance.

One team broke the rules on the 3x3 tournament. Rules say that there should be 4 players on the team, but there were 5 guys on the team. Also, the team cheated about the score and management did nothing. And the best thing is that after awhile when we asked manager to do something about it he told us to leave. Thats how this place treats guests. Great cultural experience. Wasted my money, time and nerves.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately I have to give them 1 in order to leave a review.

They might want to open some doors so its not 90 degrees playing basketball 🏀 !!!!!

Great place for mens basketball leagues. Lots of courts. New technology coming in the future to track shots and other statistics.

Eh..so so. Not much room or seating for spectators. Snack shack ran out of food and closed.... and apparently the organizers of our tournament had some issues with scheduling. Small basketball courts. Meh...not really impressed.

We were playing in a tournament 3v3. Organising was terrible. We payed 100$ and after wining we were disqualified with no reason. Team we played against was cheating with players limit and fault. Manager saw everything and didnt do anything.. so we won and lost our money.

The floor can be incredibly slick when it is very humid, but the rest of the time it is a good facility. The staff is always helpful but the courts are normally full.

I signed my son in ONE time for a 30 day period on 2012 and told them very very specifically to not hold my card onfile, The young lady assures me it wouldnt be, Sure enough it was charged again, I called and after a while they figured it out and said it was deleted, 2013 my son went in and told them he could charge it on my card and it popped up in their system again, I called again and after a few calls someone was knowledgeable enough to figure ho to do it, and He promised This time its out for good, Completely wiped out for sure...... Fast forward Oct 2014 The charge pop up again !!! So now im PISSED !!!! cause at this point its blatant theft, I called and got hung up on by jake, then another nice guy answered and said he didnt know how to do it but told me the managers email so i emailed and a guy Joe talked to me about it and just like before assured me it was taken out but we will see, I just want people to know that despite what these kids say on the phone your credit card info IS NOT safe,
