I called. Return call was prompt. Was given on phone advice for free. When my issues were not resolved, a return call got me immediate appointment. Arrived in less than 30 min. Was courteous and efficient. Assured me he would get me back online. Found out service was having area outages off and on. Spent time connecting by phone with Comcast. That alone gives him 2 thumbs up... he talked to a person! Checked out connections on tower and laptop. Resonable bill with free return if not fixed to my satisfaction. I am very pleased! Thank you, Joe for saving my sanity!
