I recently purchased my Honda Civic from a private seller on facebook. When it was time for its routine oil change I had troubled removing the oil plug b/c it was stripped. I tried almost everything to remove this plug and it would not budge. Jim was more than happy to take a look at it and let me know that it would be a tough task but that he could do it. When I got the call that my car was ready for pick up, I paid upfront with Jim and also got to meet the other mechanic whom helped on the project. Overall I am very satisfied with the services provided (Oil plug removal and oil change) and encourage anyone to #1 shop locally and #2 give them a call if u ever need there services. I went to 3 other mechanics and none of them were up for the task. A big thank you to Jim and his team, You were a big big help! :)

The service manager, Jimmy, at the Hammonton shop was friendly & helpful when our car failed to accelerate on the AC Expressway. The car was diagnosed the same day & alternator replaced within 24 hours at a very reasonable cost. It has been a month and 500 miles later, and our car is still running well!
