Very nice laundromat. Well staffed with friendly, helpful folks. 90% of their equipment is operational, which is really good for a laundromat in this area. Relatively clean for a very busy laundromat. I drive a bit further to use this facility.

By far our go-to fav laundromat! Very clean, tables to eat at and wait at with snack area, employees are very helpful and nice too! Its a win-win! They also have an app to pay for machines instead of messing with the coin machines so convenient! Love this place!

Good dryers, Im usually in. And out within an hour and 30min.

So first of all, I’m trying to pay for laundry detergent and this worker doesn’t know how to scan the card correctly. And THEN my daughter is trying to play with your vending machine games and was scammed outta money. So the worker told me to call a number to get her dollar back. Are you kidding me? It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. Also, have someone that can at least speak a little English. I couldn’t understand anything she was saying.

Too crowded alot of machines not working.

There were a lot of washers and dryers that were broken today, but it didnt delay my wash time.

They need to keep up with adding signs to machines that dont work properly. I wasted a hour waiting on a washer that never finished. And still no sign was placed on the broken washer so another person will waste their time and money. Good idea to try some place else!

This place use to be so clean. Lately it is gross they dont seem to clean at all and with the pandemic going on floors are dirty, tables full of dust and people dont wear masks . Shouldnt they be disinfecting everything if there are 3 people working are dryers are just sucking up quarters and it takes longer to dry clothes.

Bad experience. Washer machine was defective took over an hour to fully stop washing my clothes than a dryer burnt half my covers and the other half was still damped. The young lady wasnt doing quite right her job I was aggravated I just left.

I liked that I could go there and there was plenty of space, the carts are larger to hold more laundry, the machines seem to be faster, and more durable, it was a really environment. Friendly staff. If your currently a Blue Kangaroo Customer, stop going there and come here instead!

This place is one of the best laundry mats Ive ever been in. The workers there are all so very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is cleaned immediately after use. Ive been there 4 times and its the same every time.

Clean place with friends staff. machines seem to be expensive so make sure you sort cloths to make sure you dont use more machines than necessary.

I came in 02/18/2020 and Tricia helped me find a really nice smelling laundry soap and she tought me how to use the big machines. I was highly satisfied with her guest service and highly recommend going here to wash your cloths.

The facility is clean. The attendant was pleasant but you can hear her conversations with the patrons and I could here her fowl language. I thought I saw somewhere that this facility was dry free and it wasnt. It was a bit on the expensive side for it not to be a dry free laundromat. This was my first time there and it will be my last because its not dry free.

Doing laundry at 11 at night quite depressing on the bright side you have plenty of empty machines to choose from

Im currently a bubble and right now and they have sliding doors for you to have hands-free access to the building is fairly clean they have public restrooms they have a wash dry fold service and is quite busy at this moment even though its not a weekend people are in here folding their sheets nope people are missing man actually walking up to my window right now its be nope no its not a dangerous man

Yesterday I had the police call on me cause she said it couldn’t be no more than 10 people in the laundryme. I was so hurt cause go here all the time it wasn’t even ten people in there. 4 officers can and tryed to Excort me out as if the world is not going through enough.

I paid $30 to wash two sacks and dry oh by the way the big machine in the front add its own laundry detergent but its nowhere near enough to wash properly as many clothes as it holds and they dont tell u to add ur own to actually see soap n get ur clothes cleaned they just make u pay again and add ur own additional soap...smh sad especially during this time of a crisis I wont b back

Came to visit family from ohio and needed to wash cloths. The short caucasian girl was pleasant to speak with and very informative.

Its clean but some of the ladies move your items without asking in order to clean where youre washing or drying.

The lady who was working around 12 noon she was very nice and very helpful and very pleasant and the laundry Matt was very clean

I asked for change and the woman acted like the world was ending. They have a dollar coin and quarter change machine but the dryers dont take dollar coins, and when I asked her can she change the dollar coins for quarters she had a attitude.they have signs everywhere saying “no sitting on the table “ but people was sitting on them.

Much better than it had been in the past! Its closer and hours are better than others. Wasnt nearly as expensive as it used to be, and no more stupid cards to buy and add money too.

Very dirty and employees can take your clothes out the washer despite you being there. I was washing and an employ took my clothes out as soon as it was done then 2 of my son jacks went missing. I spoke to the owner and he agreed to look at the cameras it took him a week to do so and then said he didnt see anything on the cameras. I dont think his cameras work or he just doesnt want to admit his employ was wrong for doing so.

I had a pair of jeans stolen from the dryers as soon as I asked one of the attendants there to unlock the restroom for me five minutes later I came out to fold my laundry and I had some jeans stolen only one person I knew that I was going to be in the restroom that was staff working there. Stealing must be another source of income for someone there.

The people are nice and helpful. The new machines are wonderful. The company we work for travels to plants and mills all around the US so Ive been to a lot of laundry mats.

This mat has nice dryers but the washers they dont air them out they keep them closed after someone wash any way when I go to use them they smalls like mold and mildew. I get lucky and find one that is good.

Soo this place is 24 hour laundry mat the attendant leaves but the place stays open but the bathroom closes when she leaves because she takes the key. they did remodel. It looks nice. Got rid of old machines and added some massage chairs... but.. BRO THEY HAVE HELLA MICE.. and if you do laundry late nights THEY ALL COME OUT.. So pee before you get there and wear boots

I will never come back. I asked for change from the worker, took me more than 5 minutes to find her, she was hiding behind machines talking on the phone. All I needed was a $10, $5, and singles. She told me that I would have to put the whole 20 in for quarters I told her that I didnt need all quarters she told me to go to the store and get change she could not help me. She was on the phone the whole time. But when her friend came in she was polite got off the phone and gave her change. I was embarrassed and yelled at.

Not a fan of carrying cash. They only accept quarters. I had a balance on my card, but could not use it anywhere else. Very disappointed.

This place still has old machines that burn up your clothes and the owner sits back smiling saying its not his equipment fault😑 this is the second time this has happened at this location and Ill never wash a this bubblecrap! again and Ill tell everyone I know👍🏿

I lost five dollars in a soda machine, The owner took 2 weeks to respond. Id previously left several messages for him to call with 2 different attendants. Rude and sloopy staff, Broke coin returns and the owner needs my 5 dollars so bad that he was willing to lose a customer. Very unprofessional behavior and no empathy for the customer.

Very clean, the young lady who worked there was very nice as well. I went during early morning hours so it wasnt crowded. I gave it four star because its already a pricey laundrymat and they charge for drying. I think that should be free.

Place has been totally remodeled and has new machines in them! I used to work in a laundrymat in New Orleans and had far older machines! Bubbleland now has brand new washers and dryers!

The employees are very nice and helpful.

I was in here about 8pm last nightwith my autistic son . a argument broke out with a couple , the lady says i will punch you in the face the attendent says nothing to the couple . my son repeats what he heard . the attendent starts screaming at my son !! who is 6 by the way . i explain to her my son is autistic and she laughed in my face patted her self on the back and says he should stay at home . if you dont want autistic people in your place you should put up a sign to let parents know
