Quick and efficient, but there was old one antisocial person there. I tried asking questions and got one, maybe two word answers, so I stopped asking. Then when it came to drawing my blood, I tried to make pleasant chit-chat, because it makes me feel better about being stabbed by this person, but she barely responded to anything I said. Very rude.

Had my blood work done on May 25 and have still not gotten results.

Staff are always friendly and professional. I’m usually in and out pretty quick.

Receptionist very rude! Tried to ask her about my paperwork was told I could have a seat until she called me. There was no one else waiting at the window. Horrible customer service!

Does not answer the phone. I started calling at 8:30 a.m. and have continued to call for 4 hours now only being able to leave a message. I called main office who also tried to reach them by phone and email with no response. There’s no LabCorp where I live and was needing to take care of labwork before leaving town. Very unprofessional and incompetent service.

Ive been going to LabCorp in Hammond for several years. Tanya is the very best at drawing blood. Virtually no pain, quick and professional. I recommend this location to everyone.

First and last time going to Labcorp. My 7 year old needed blood work, the woman gets the biggest needle, my son of course freaks out, she wants him held down, the woman at the front desk said something about a butterfly needle, she refused, we winded up leaving because he was hysterical. He has gotten blood drawn quite a bit and he gets scared but usually the person drawing his blood uses a butterfly and talks him through it, the bad ones always want to hold kids down, never again.

Today I arrived around 8:15 for a 8:30 appointment for labs ordered by my new physician yesterday! I had to drive an hour to the nearest Labcorp from my home in MS. When my name was called I quickly find out I do not have orders in the system! Labcorp employee Tonya saved the day. On the one piece of paper I was given at the doctors office, written in bold print -it says labs much be done before 9am! Its 8:33. Tonya calles the doctors office explaining the situation. The physicians office basically tells her to send me home. For me to keep checking the portal site for the orders. Tonya tells them she’s here now, she drove an hour can you fax me the orders. The clock is ticking and Tonya does not give up! At exactly 9am she is drawing my labs. I am extremely grateful for Tonya’s persistence and professionalism. The world is so technical with technology today. Tonya went the extra mile when she too could of just sent me home. Very grateful. My best Christmas gift!

Very unprofessional!! Did not even run the stool samples I dropped off. Horrible service. Please use Quest instead...it will save you time and money!

Got stuck 5 Times @ my Primary care Doctors Office.Using 3 different Techs & blowing 2 top of hand veins out of 5 tries.Tech here got it the first time.Supposedly I am a hard stick ?Very kind and Professional Staff.
