This aint my first rodeo and over the years Ive dealt with more than a few realtors. One of the first things I figured out is that there are essentially two kinds of agents, i.e., the ones that think money is going to magically drop into their hands and so they dont need to work too hard; while on the other side of the coin, theres an agent the likes of Yvonne Coelet. She always answers her phone. And what a relief! A real estate agent that actually works!! She gets listings out to my email everyday without fail, and shes an energetic and good-spirited human being whos always there to work when youre ready, ready to drive somewhere and look at property, to discuss the details of a particular deal, or whatever else. We found Yvonne through Zillow back in March when my husband and I began our first home hunt. She was on time to every appointment, honest with us about each property (as this was our first experience buying a home), and very patient with us.
