The Benison was great. Yvonne and Mandy are great to work with. They really wanted everything to be perfect for me on my special day. They were very particular about everything being exactly how I wanted it. I loved working with them. They took a lot of stress off of me. My wedding day was beautiful and perfect. I would absolutely recommend The Benison for a wedding.

It was a pleasure working with The Benison Events on a recent wedding that I coordinated. The venue is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond on the wedding day to ensure that everything went well -- even sewing a new eye for a hook & eye on the brides gown!Yvonne ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the day while we set up the decor and while the bride, groom, and brides parents were getting ready. Mandy was always ready with a cold glass of water for all of us, and saw to it that chairs were available for the grandmothers while they waited to be escorted down the aisle during the ceremony.The food, provided by High Street Cafe, was delicious! The catering staff even set out desserts that the client provided, and helped serve them to guests.The only thing I questioned was the ability for the venue to host a wedding of more than 125 guests, but Yvonne explained that they utilize the balcony area for larger groups. The venue is certainly lovely and everyone goes out of their way to make every event beautiful and wonderful.Overall, I had a great experience working with The Benison and would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a gorgeous place to have your wedding.

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful.. Mandy and her entire staff did everything they said they would and more … we had an issue with our cake our cake vendor dropped our cake but Mandy managed to save it from falling over .. she was attentive to every need and concerns I had .. she would at times just call and check on me .. she was always right there to pull it a together.. she worked and put passion into everything she did for us .. thank you Mandy and the Benison staff❤️🖤❤️

I had my wedding at The Benison and had a wonderful experience! The venue was beautiful and affordable. Christy, Yvonne, and the staff did an amazing job from the day we came to tour the venue all the way through the wedding. They were always willing to listen to any ideas I had and help bring them to life. I cant thank them enough for helping make my day go so smoothly and helping me make it everything I aspired for it to be!

We had our wedding at the Benison. The venue was absolutely beautiful. Yvonne and her staff were so helpful and amazing. They made the night perfect for us. The food the Chef from High Street Cafe tasted fabulous. Thank you all for the way we were treated. It was the perfect night at the perfect place. We would highly recommend this venue!!!

The Benison is a beautiful and unique venue! It is absolutely stunning. Our daughter’s wedding and reception were both held at The Benison in October. Wedding guests were in awe of the architecture and design of the interior. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Yvonne worked closely with all of our local Hamilton vendors which was so helpful. The venue did a great job adhering to Covid19 state guidelines to keep our guests safe. The food, catered by High Street Cafe, was delicious. This venue is located in the heart of Hamilton and walkable to bars, breweries, eateries and The Courtyard Marriott. Peggy

Such an awesome addition to the Hamilton community. An affordable co-working option with a lot to offer now and more great things coming. Meeting rooms, shared co-working areas, private call booths and soon a podcasting/video room with green screen and more!

Cool and unique place to have a wedding. I guess it used to be an old bank? They even had the vault open so you can check it out and take pictures.

Fantastic venue!! The architectural details of the ceiling in the banquet room is exquisite! The vault itself is so dynamic and beautiful... Talk about cool photo opportunities! Their preferred caterer, High Street Cafe, deliveres on their food quality. Absolutely beautiful and delicious cuisine. The option for appetizers on the patio... such a fun option! The staff is lovely, and their attention to detail is on point! Even the parking was free and convenient! But my favorite part is knowing I could trust the owner and planning staff with something so important to us. We are so thankful for this historic event center and the team that makes it shine!

The benison co-working space is a very functional, cost-effective environment that I can see great potential for my clients and potentially even my firm to use on a regular basis.

We had the privilege of having our daughters wedding reception at the Benison. Excellent in every way! Christy (owner) was always available before the event for questions, stop-ins, and the finalization of our decisions. She even took extra time to offer helpful recommendations and results of her own research on possibilities we were considering.On the day of the event our guests commented again and again about the beauty of the space. Additionally, they were very impressed by the courteous and on top of it food & beverage service during the celebration. We were very glad to have opted for this unique venue for our special occasion!

Meh. We went here when we were touring wedding venues and the space was fine. Not at all our style, but that cant be helped. What wasnt cool was the way the owner kept pushing her vendors on us and completely ignored everything I wanted. She clearly gets a kick back on things and kept cutting me off as I asked about other options. It was really annoying. Then after we made it clear we were using someone else, I got 3 follow up emails asking us if we had any other questions or wanted to see the venue. Clearly she isnt organized. All in all, I feel like this place is a use at your own risk kind of situation.
