Ive been meaning to write this review for a while but wanted to give them a chance to make things right. They arent going to so here it is. I would like to preface this by saying my family and I have bought several vehicles from them over the years and I dont know what happened but they are not the company they used to be. I bought a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado from them just over a year ago. I have had nothing but problems from it since. Within 3 weeks I had to take it back to them to put an entire new transmission in it. A few months later my passenger side front brake seized from being so severely corroded I had to replace the entire assembly. Thats whe the real problems began. I paid for a 2 year power train warranty on this vehicle. For the past several months it has been burning oil so bad I Have to fill it every week. When you start the vehicle you get a cloud of oil smoke so big it will fill a parking lot that is not exaggeration I have multiple videos of this that I wish I could post here. When I took it to them they told me it was a valve that had gone bad and charged me a $150 to fix it. So to be clear they charged me to fix an engine issue after they sold me an engine warranty. As soon as I got it back from them my 4 wheel drive stopped working. And I literally mean as I pulled out of their parking lot The warning light came on. They also didnt fix the Oil burning issue but my truck did start running like absolute garbage. It has no power it shakes under acceleration and still eats oil and blows smoke when you start it up. I have taken it back to them since and they told me they cant find anything wrong. Apparently they have blind deaf-and-dumb people working on their cars there to not be able to see the issues that are occurring. I get that they sold me a piece of junk and they have no desire to stand by it, But its going to cost them multiple customers because neither me or my family will ever shop there again. Until then Im stuck with a $10000 truck That blue books for $1500 And barely functions. I hope theyre proud of themselves.

We were looking for a first car for our 16 year old daughter. My husband called the day before and spoke to Greg. He told him we would be in around 10 am the next day to drive it, but we would be definitely be purchasing it if it drove well. We called at 10am as we were driving to let him know we would be 20 minutes late. He said that someone else was driving it. We still were interested, but obviously upset as we were very excited for our daughter. No courtesy phone call to let us know that they sold it before we got there. We do not live very close. It would have been nice if we had received a call so we did not waste our time. Once we got there, Greg told my husband that because the people who bought it did not see the price listed on the internet, they paid $1000 more than what we were going to pay. So, anyone looking at cars there, make sure you look it up online first or they will rip you off for more money. Totally unprofessional.

Great service, dropped car off wed night for ac compressor clutch issue. Fixed and ready third at 3pm. Fast and professional!

Let me start with go to Joe firstI know this I wouldnt consider making an automotive decision without going to Rose and talking to Joe or one of the sales representatives I dont know I know a lot about cars and a lot about salesman but I trust these people here be honest and upfront with me I appreciate your honesty and their concern for my business and my needs. The first one is the 2009 I bought brand new when it was still Rose Chevrolet.

Only reason Im giving em this high is because Im giving em the benefit of the doubt. I was told 15-20 minutes, it became 2.5 hrs and said it was an issue with the car and kinda half fixed the issue. Very disappointing, but willing to give em a pass.

Rose Automotive are as honest as Ive seen in a car lot in along time. Drove three and half hours to look at a ford edge sport they had. Everything the sales man spoke with me about on the phone was exactly what I showed up to. Had a minor issue with vehicle that they took care of for me before I left the lot. Totally ripped us off‼️this place was AAA recommended I only went here because AAA recommended them I had never heard of the place.So upon getting my car looked at they told me my transfer case on the All wheel drive was out and it would be $2000 after making the decision with my wife to do the $2000 repair they called and said they started fixing the problem but that wasn’t going to fix it it actually needs a $6000 transmission.I kindly declined and told them just put my car back like it was and I would come get it.He told me it would be $1000 for them to put it back like it was I was baffled like you misdiagnosed my car and want me to pay.!!Ive read other stories of them taking cars for repair and filing for a title and selling people’s cars.Read all bad reviews on these people they are bad news!!!

Rose Automotive what can I say about this place good service always a friend with their prices and they never deceive you just remember you guys schedule appointment with them if you want something done to your vehicle sometimes they will accept walk-ins but on Saturday they close early so dont come in there at 12 thank you youre going to get a brake job done and its all going to be done in an hour thats who you real people and takes longer than that and plus they will close that one on Saturday I think you probably want to check more into that

Ok so went here to get car fixed and they gave me a price I told them to fix it.well a hour later they called back and said something else was wrong and wanted more money so I kindly declined and the guy demanded $800 before I come get my car that they mis diagnosed going through bs to get my car back

Went in looking to just window shop, and ended up buying a truck Lol! Awesome staff up front, but when you get to the back to sign papers the guy is a little I guess u can say pushy. He didnt seem to care for the customers was just hey let me get money, sign here and get out. I only give 5 stars because the man that sold me the truck went above and beyond for us!

Ive been going to Rose Automotive almost as long as Ive been driving! Theyre always pleasant, courteous, and understanding. I now drive (or tow!) my car from Dayton to have them service it. Theyre the only repair shop I trust.

Coming from out of town to look at a car, not only was the car ready and clean but everyone was very nice and helpful. I was in and out of the dealership with in an hr with purchasinga car. Most money hungry Repair department in all of car repair!!!I felt scammed when they told me a price over the phone then when I came to pick up the car they told me $300 more because I couldn’t remember who I talked to.Read bad reviews most of all the bad reviews are for money scams

They are good car lot

This is a cat lot on Dixie hwy. In Hamilton,Ohio. They have a variety of cars, mostly used from what I seen. Depends on what your looking for, and Im sure its a buy here pay here lot cause mostly all of them are on that stretch of highway.

Well frist off. People there were rude an unprofessional. An joe the young punk sale rep I had, was a jerk an was better than everyone. There cars were better than my trade in. Offer me a stupid price on my car. I hope he is not married. I feel bad for his wife. Oh watie he probably not married cuz he is a jerk. People dont waste your time there. Go to a good shop an get the respect you deserve when you go to buy a vehicle.
