I spent over $1200 with a different mechanic and they were unable to resolve a heating issue. I thought for sure Eric‘s was going to charge me about that to fix my car.I will never take my car anywhere else besides Eric‘s from now on. They only charged me $200 to remove sediment buildup. Being a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, they made me feel welcome and happy to have my business. Since my dad has been going there forever, it felt more like family than a mechanic. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric’s Auto Service.

Erics always gives it to you straight and will check over your car if its something you can fix on your own they tell you so you can save money. The prices are fair and will take you home after you drop off your car. The guys working the office are very nice and they have cool swag for customers like bottle openers and keychains.

My husband and I used Erics auto service to repair some damage done to my car after I hit a pot hole. I remembered an acquaintance of mine saying that she has always used Erics for any car issues and how pleased she was with their service throughout the years and thats why I chose to give them a call. I have to say, this is the quickest turn around time I have ever experienced from a repair shop. When they called back to tell my husband the diagnosis and ask whether or not he wanted them to preform the needed repairs (to which we said yes) I was expecting to be without my car for up to two weeks. To our surprise they told us the car would be finished TOMORROW! And they were right, it was done the next day! Also, the men at the shop were very thorough with their explanation with what was wrong and open to answering any questions we had. Upon inspecting the car, they had found something else wrong with it other than what we took it in for. My husband asked if it was something we needed to address now or if we would be okay to wait and fix that down the road. The employees gave us honest answers and we ultimately decided to go ahead and have that issue fixed as well. I dont typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write about this great experience. I highly recommend Erics Auto.

Erics is the only service that I rust completely. They do not upsell, pad time, or take advantage. They do offer great service for you and your car. On my last visit, I stopped back in after a road trip to rave about how well my car ran on the trip. It exceeded my expectations.( I have a 2003 Honda with 300,000 milers on it.) The trip was unexpected and they managed to get me in beforehand! I had to stop in and thank Dillon for his exemplary mechanical work, Matt for making it happen, and Ryan for continuing Erics tradition of excellence.PD: They also tell me when its time to let go of an old car. Exceptional business and customer service. Usually speak to M or C who always take the time to explain situation and provide recommendations based on each situation, vehicle history, etc. We live about ~25 minutes away but wouldnt go anywhere else. Would strongly refer to anyone researching honest shop looking out for customers best interest.

I had an issue with my brakes. I needed fluid. They were concerned about why and recommended I spend $45 so they could thoroughly inspect it. After keeping my car all day, I got an estimate for$954.17 to replace the whole rear brake system. I just bought the car in Feb and had it inspected and told everything is in order. I was puzzled how all this happened. My son was concerned so he looked and showed me the rotors are fine and dont not need replacing. The thing that needs replaced was the driver brake hose - he showed me the fluid on it. We went to replace the pads i bought at Advanced Auto my son could replace them because I was told by Erics they are almost metal to metal. They werent very different from the new ones I bought so he put them back on and I returned the new parts. Today i took the hose I purchased to Yeager Automotive 1 and they replaced the hose with my new part, fixed a tire senor for$74.

I visited Erics during a visit to the area just to get some air in my tires. I was impressed with how clean they keep the shop. Everyone seemed happy and I talked with other customers that were there. They all had good things to say. If Im in the area again, its my go-to place!

Went in to have them look at my tire and they found a nail in it and repaired it at no cost. I was blown away how kind and generous that was as I had never been into the shop before. Thank you all so much!

The transmission failed on my 97 Silverado & Erics installed a remanufactured Jasper in its place. Only waiting time was for the Jasper to arrive at the shop then it was installed very quickly & put me back on the road. Transmission shifts better than the original when new.

A few months ago we were faced with a tough decision to replace an engine or buy a different vehicle. Chris briefed us over the phone on different options and after talking to Eric and Chris and their honest evaluation of our options, we elected to have Erics Auto replace our engine as well as transmission. Since then we have drove our GMC Envoy to San Antonio, Texas and pulled our boat to several fishing trips with no issues. I have taken my vehicles to them for over 8 years now and that is one decision in life that I do not regret. Trust and honesty, great service and a first name basis, just feels like we matter. I took my truck in to get a simple check up to find out what was causing my truck to sputter. They tell me i need a all kinds of stuff, and it was going to be $1000 plus for simple repairs. What this company doesnt realize, is i had master mechanic in my family, unfortunately he lives 2 hours away. and my truck wont make it that far, and i dam sure wont tow it. My uncle told me the same repair is no more than $600. I had a similar repair done by Discount tire. $350 FOR JUST THE TUME UP, out the door. So, i give these guys a chance because they are local. Their prices are double what other shops will charge. I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN. AND I WONT REFER ANYONE. THE OWNER CALLED ME ABOUT THIS POST, AND I AGREED TO CHANGE SOME OF THE HARSH THINGS I SAID. AND YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD WANT TO SAVE FACE AND MAKE A COMPROMISE WITH ME AND NOT CHARGE SO HIGH, HE WOULD TRY TO GIVE A BETTER DEAL TO KEEP A CUSTOMER HAPPY, BUT HE REFUSED TO OFFER A BETTER PRICE. AND HE WHOLE HEARTEDLY ADMITS TO BEING THE MOST EXPENSIVE. I myself is in the repair business, and if a customer tries to barter with me and i feel its not to far off my price, then i work with them. and because of that, i get referrals left and right. But Eric doesnt seem to care about happy customers. i wasnt asking for half price, i was asking for a better deal. and this man has the power to do this. but doesnt.

Eric and his team go above and beyond the call of duty! Our agency supports individuals with developmental disabilities and when one of our accessible vans would not start he came to us at no charge and fixed the problem. Now we use him for all of our repair needs for all of our vans! We wouldnt go anywhere else!

I recently had an extreme service issue with our VW GTI serviced at Erics.Eric and his team worked for days, largely at Erics expense (!!), to figure out a problem that cropped up, and was unrelated to, some fairly routine work on the manifold. It turned out to be something that became a bit of a learning experience for all of us in regard to the direct injection system of the VW and excessive carbon buildup on the valves. Long story short, after diligently working through the problem, Eric was able to take care of the problem (he purchased a new specialized system to treat this problem in our car and future cars) and the car is now running fine. I have total confidence in Eric, Chris, and the crew. They have taken care of several of our cars over the years. They have never disappointed, are knowledgeable, and, above all honest! Everyone, from Matt at the front desk and beyond, are great. Recommend to the highest degree!
